Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Texas

I went to Churches to get dinner with my husband. I had some coupons, I also had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich if you order a combo. When I wanted to give my coupon, she said only 2 coupons. So I left it at that, but then I heard a customer say that she didn’t get her free chicken sandwich. When I was done with my dinner, I went to the counter and was telling her about the coupon, she again said only 2 coupons, but I told her it wasn’t another coupon it was a free coupon for the combos I had ordered. She then ask the red headed girl, so she also said 2 coupons. I told her you are not honoring the coupon and she walk away and left me standing there. Very unprofessional. Churches chicken is very good chicken.The chicken is always cooked right and never disappoints whether you like white or dark meat.Although I would say that they specialize in dark meat but all is good.I also like that they have a good variety of sides,its not the standard fries or mashed potatos there's other choices.also in the drink dept they have fresh brewed iced teas in a variety of flavors as well as the standard coke,sprite etc,etc.The staff has always been polite and prompt.to this day Iv never had an issue.So as far as this review goes I highly recommend this location.If your in the mood for some nice hot fried chicken at a reasonable price this is...

This is the 2nd time that happens to me in this same place. I when through the drive thru and I had asked a combo of 4 tenders and a combo of a chicken sandwich. She gave me what I asked but ended up charging me a extra chicken sandwich by itself. I did not received that extra sandwich which I did not asked for it ,but i still got charged for it. I was calling on my way to work and no one picked up it just kept ringing and ringing.
