I did a curbside order. No parking spots on the curb were marked for curbside pickup. I waited for spots 3 times, and I had someone cut me off to take the spot before me (high traffic area). I ended parking in the parking lot and watched. No one ever came out looking for my car (they ask in the app for vehicle description), no one contacted me. My app went from 4th in line to “enjoy your cookies”, which I never received. I ended up getting a spot out front and still waited, attempted to wave someone down. I called the store 6 times (waiting anywhere from 5mins-15mins) and no one ever answered. I chose curbside bc I had small kids with me and a car full of groceries. I was not going to take my kids out of the car, leave my cold groceries in heat, and stand out in a long line when I had already chosen curbside. If you can’t do curbside right, don’t offer it! I paid for cookies, including tip, and did not receive any or a refund. No one had contacted me to make this right. Read moreI placed a curbside order for pick up on Saturday at 10am at the Magnolia, TX location. My order was delayed by an hour and I had to wait in a long line to get to the counter to ask about my curbside order. I was told to continue waiting because the galaxy browny cookie was not done. All my cookies were cold except the galaxy brownie. I ordered a box of 12 (2 of each of the 6 flavors available) then another box of 4. Once I got home and cut 6 flavors, 3 flavors were still raw. Not able to eat them this way. I have called the number listed for this location 5 times and nobody available to answer. Not able to leave a message on messenger of Facebook. I have way to handle this situation unless I want to go stand in a long line again outside. I wanted to have this handled before closing on the same day. I understand this is the grand opening weekend but serving raw food is unacceptable no matter what the situation is. They offered online, in person, curbside and DoorDash orders…way too much for this company to handle.

After waiting outside for 45 minutes and the app saying we were #1 in line and seeing numerous people coming out with their orders we went inside and they told us they called our name out several times and since no one answered they gave our order to someone else. I explained to the girl that we chose curbside so we weren't inside listening for our name and the app never said our order was ready. So they said we can make your order now, and of course 3 of the 4 new flavors were sold out at that point. So I asked if I could change my order to a 6pack and she said no. So I paid $30+ dollars for flavors I didn't really want and was told by Leah the manager that she would refund my order but that never happened. I understand things happen, but this was totally unavoidable. If you want cookies, expect to either have several flavors sold out, or wait a very long time.
