My husband go to the Denny's on 2920 usually 3-4 times per week. The staff is incredible. Whoever is doing the hiring process has done an extraordinary job. We go into this Denny's but wouldn't go to any other Denny's. It's a family atmosphere and we couldn't feel more comfortable as a "gay couple" in a state that needs help in realizing that no one is superior to anyone else in spite of our low education scores because only 5 states don't have Unions for teachers. This shows the ignorance of Texas. And, that is also why our teachers make so little money. It's a state that needs to change and it will eventually become more progressive once the older generation in the rural areas die. I understand because I came from that ignorance when i grew up 35 miles south of Dallas in Kaufman county. Eventually, we will get rid of ignorance in our state as more people move into our state from more progressive states. And, we have the most Non- productive senators and a horrible Governor. But, this will all change. When I grew up in Texas. It was 100% Democrat. Now, people make fun of us for having had an scheduled idiot for a governor for many terms. Kept getting reelected into office because most Texas didn't realize Ihis ignorance until he ran for president. And, then again, of course Trump's puts him in a position so that a more ignorant man can then make an con artist president look more intelligent in comparison. But, the reason for this rant, is to show how a small individual store like this "1" Dennys" can overcome the ignorance of our state. But, I promise it will change. Once the older baby boomers die, they will realize they been living under "socialist programs" since FDR. And, if you ever took their entitlements from them, they should scream. But, at the same time, they are scared of the simpler word "socialism" being used by the ignorant to describe Democrats. We've had socialism in America for many years. And, there are plenty of z Texans who never planned for their futures due to ignorance. But, touch their Social security or Medicare and you wouldn't hear the screaming stop. So, please be an educated Texan. Show the world that we aren't idiiots and let's bring pride back to being a Texan. Only frequent places that ACCEPT not DISCRIMINATE in the name of Christianity or just ignorance. In general. God doesn't like hypocrisy and this is not being Christian YOU ARE NOT GOD. Hugs and Kisses America. We will survive this President that tells us how incredible he is while no one else does. Strange, huh? No charity ever given on the few tax forms found, no church affiliation of any type but he has conned you into believing that he is the SOUL reason that our economy is excelling. It takes a long time to improve an economy that went thru our bad recession. However. Obama is to thank for the resurgence of our economy. We will all learn that we are doing nothing more than repeating the mistakes of the past. Reagan's trickle down economics did not make Americans richer but companies. And, companies don't then take that money and do all possible in a humanitarian effort to help their front line employees. They buy their stock back and then put millions away from a 35%tax cut. Companies are not people. People come first. And, just because you relax regulations and lower their tax rate, you'll notice that it doesn't help middle income Americans. It increases the number of jobs not requiring a skill or degree. The top 1% are happy. But when the poor need 2-3 jobs to improve their lives. Then they have "no quality: of life. So, when you vote this year. THINK! Are you really better off now then you were 4 years ago. And, remember the con artist making so many promises that he hasn't been able to keep. He was a horrible businessman and he shows it now. But, he will be history someday, THANK YOU LORD. And, God bless baaby boomers and older that like his rhetoric and foul mouthed talk, non charity, and non...
Read moreI have traveled the nation quite extensively and always seek out Denny's for my breakfast fix. This particular Denny's at 6405 FM 2920 is the flagship for how every Denny's should be managed and operated.
The restaurant is clean and inviting. The food is always served at proper temps and in an expeditious manner. The prices, like all Denny's, are very reasonable and food is tasty and of great value. Yet, what makes this Denny's stand out is the amazing staff that work there. It is very rare that I walk into this store and DON'T see the staff wearing big smiles. It is obvious that they love their jobs and enjoy working with the customers. It shows through their great customer service. They hustle to get your food to you quickly and serve with a smile. Drinks don't ever hit the bottom. Coffee is always fresh. You always get a personable experience at this Denny's location.
Because we know this store and the quality of service provided, we recently chose it for a party for our high school team. There were 23 girls, dropped off by party bus, and an additional 4 adults. This location has a fantastic "party/meeting room" in the back and it was perfect for this event. You'd think that a party of 27 might slow things down some. Not at this Denny's! April and Geneva, along with the kitchen staff, did an amazing job of getting us taken care of and our bellies were full and we were paying our checks within an hour of arrival! April and Geneva never broke a sweat and the smiles never left their faces. Nothing stops or slows this amazing crew at Denny's on FM 2920 in Spring, Texas.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Denny’s, and I have to say, it was an all-around wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The lighting was cozy, the restaurant was clean, and the seating was arranged in a way that made it feel comfortable, even during a busy time.
The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our server was friendly, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had about the menu. They were proactive in refilling drinks and checking in on us, but never in a way that felt intrusive—just the perfect balance of attentiveness and respect.
Now, let’s talk about the food. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and exactly as we requested. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. Whether you're craving breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Denny’s menu has something for everyone, and they consistently deliver quality.
What really stood out to me was the welcoming vibe of the whole place. It’s the kind of restaurant where you feel comfortable bringing your family or meeting up with friends for a casual meal.
If you’re looking for a reliable spot with delicious food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend this Denny’s location. We left satisfied and happy, and we’re already looking forward to...
