I called to place a pick up order because my dad was coming through this location to our house. I had called earlier to see if they deliver, and they rudely told me “no one comes out there.” When I called back to place the pick up order they immediately said “the Justin one would be closer to you” without realizing who they were even speaking with. I then had to explain to him how my dad would be picking up the order as he was coming through the area. He then further questioned if my dad was closer to the location. I’m sorry why does that matter? Apparently, they are so busy that they don’t need any more business. I was so appalled.
Update: called back because there was actually a mistake with the order. The manager on shift and I spoke about the rude behavior. He apologized and seemed sincere about the misunderstanding. I did appreciate the apology. Also, like other reviews have said please mention on the front end that you are using a coupon or deal as advertised by dominoes. They are not...
Read moreEdited to add: we waited 45 minutes for the redelivery. Spoke with a manager who finally apologized and we got a full refund. This is the 3rd issue we have had with this specific dominos. We will be going back to Papa Johns exclusively.
Ordered a couple of pizzas, salad and dessert tonight. Delivery driver delivered to another house and then to us. We were given wrong order. Called the store to let them know and didn’t receive an apology and person sounded annoyed that I even called. Person said “yeah…the other people called to tell us”. I asked if we could receive a discount in addition to food being remade due to having a 2.5 year old who is hangry after swimming all afternoon and was told I had to pick from food being remade or a credit on the account. After already waiting 45 minutes, we now have to wait an additional 15 minutes. An apology would have fixed the issue, but being met with annoyance over the phone made it so much worse. Read moreToday 5/21/22 I went inside the store to order a Pan pizza (the thick one). The cashier person tried to charge me $13 but I mentioned that it should be $7.99. He proceeded to tell that if I wanted the $7.99 price I needed to order online. At this point I was frustrated, but tried to order via the phone app, but with all the confusing options I ended up running out of battery. I then went back to the counter to explain the situation, but the cashier guy said that there is nothing he could do to help unless I paid the $13. Basically, they brushed me off.
