Let me start by saying I love my local dominos I am a strong supporter of our locally owned business but recently failures have become an issue. I believe cheesy bread should come with Marinara. It does not anymore. You have to pay extra for it. The problem is in the last few months. They never bring the extras I have to pay for. The drivers are just taking the order and going out the door. They are not confirming the extra details and customers are being charged for products they are not receiving. I understand the process and why we are charged for the extras. But management is missing a crucial detail on accountability or training and procedure. I see a severe lack of accountability recently. This is not the first time I have called and stated the failure and how I don’t want a credit or a driver bring me marinara for my bread sticks or my buffalo for my wings (because I order them baked for my 4yr old daughters sake). Instead I stated I see a failure in management. I have yet to have a follow up call for this pattern of failure. That’s not the way to run a business. If your staff isn’t confident enough to relay a message to a manager then you have a problem. If they do and the manager fails to follow up personally then that states they don’t care. Seriously. Read moreDecided to order pizza tonight for my family. Got two pizzas one was correct the other wasn’t. So I called in and the girl told me I just had another person complain that they got your pizza. “Can you bring the other pizza back?” Then she said oh well we can refund you. I said I would really just like the pizza I wanted. So she put the phone down and got another person. A man got on the line and asked me what happened. I said I just wanted the pizza I ordered. He said okay tell me what was on it. I started listing the things I ordered. I got in the car and headed down there. Got there and waited for my new pizza and checked it as I was leaving. There was no bacon on it that I paid for because additional toppings you had to pay for. I was just like whatever I’m hungry and went home. My pizza was RAW. Like the dough was still cold and extremely gooey. I got a pan pizza which the pizza usually is fluffy but not literal goo. I’m extremely upset with my experience. Read moreI ordered a few pizzas online from the Dominos website at 6:02 pm tonight. I then saw the status bar that showed my food was being prepped. I then sat at work waiting for my pizza to be delivered. At 7:30 pm , after not seeing the delivery driver, I decided to call and check on my order.
I then spoke to an employee that stated my order was sent to the wrong store, and I was out of their delivery area, and I would have to reorder from the correct store in my delivery area.
If I had called the wrong store and made this order, I could definitely understand, it being my mistake. But if a customer's order is placed on the website, and given to the wrong store, shouldn't that location, pass on the customer's order immediately to the correct store? Instead of having me wait for over and hour and a half, having to call and get informed that I need to reorder and wait again for my pizza to be delivered.
