Unacceptable Customer Service at - 7017 Barker Cypress Rd Cypress, TX 77433
Lost a Loyal Customer
I am appalled by the consistent lack of professionalism at your [specific location] Dunkin’ Donuts. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered a young lady at the drive-thru window with a blatantly nasty attitude. Politeness and customer courtesy—basic expectations in any service setting—seem non-existent with this employee.
During my most recent visit, I calmly asked to speak with the manager, hoping to address her behavior constructively. To my disbelief, the manager defended the employee instead of taking my concerns seriously. This dismissive and enabling attitude from leadership is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Dunkin’ brand.
I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has left me so frustrated that I will never return to this location. In fact, I am questioning whether I will spend another dollar at Dunkin’ Donuts at all. If this is how customers are treated, it’s clear that respect and accountability are not priorities for your company.
I urge Dunkin’s corporate office to take immediate action to address the poor customer service and management oversight at this location. Situations like this will drive away loyal customers and tarnish the brand reputation you’ve worked so hard to build.
Respectfully, I...
Read moreIt’s so dumb but here I come so maybe the young lady at the front register can see this and hopefully find a job that is more fulfilling!
I went through the drive through- always a great experience. However today my coffee wasn’t the best, so I took it upon myself to go inside and ask for it to be remade. The snarky attitude from the girl at the register was very telling. She said what would I like different - i do not know the recipe so I just said it tasted like the bottom of the coffee pot. She said “ it’s going to be the same if I remake it” proceeds to suggest she add more brown sugar syrup…. And adds about 5-6 pumps and gives it back to me to shake …. Tasted way too sweet now. I asked for a new one minus what she’d JUST done a little less. She rolled her eyes and takes the cup and re makes it WITH an attitude. The drink was good at last, I proceeded to leave when she shouted “YOURE WELCOME ” as I’m at the door … first of I know passive aggressive lol, 2. I would’ve said thank you had she’d been more pleasant and helpful from the beginning. So I went back and addressed her since she wanted to be snappy. It was NOT a free coffee. Had it been I understand her attitude. She applied for this job, if you’re not happy making coffee find something that makes you happy to do all day for a check. Otherwise be kind...
Read moreWorst Dunkin' I have ever been to. First time I tried them I had 25 min before work as I work at Charlie's across the street. I thought that it would not be a problem. Boy I was wrong. I waited in the drive through line for 20 min and I still there were cars backed up and not moving I didn't even get to order. I had to leave the line to go to work with no breakfast. Unfortunately, I attempted to get breakfast there again because of the convenient location to my job. But this time I walked in instead of doing drive through. Well I found out why there were so many cars backed up out side. It was complete carnage in there. These poor employees where just scrambling to keep up with the high volume of customers. In addition to the cars there was a huge amount of customers in the store. It was all the staff could do. They were also disorganized. Some people were served before me that ordered after me. The customers that spoke up that were the ones that got served first. I could see the employees looking very stressed. I felt bad for them. It took 45 min to get an unsweetened iced coffee, and only one ham and cheese wrap. Dunkin' should hire more employees for their high volume stores, and stop abusing its employees by thrusting huge amount of workload on a only a few people. Not an experience...
