Like many others have said, their atmosphere is beautiful. But looks like that’s where they stopped putting in the effort. I was honestly very excited to try their food and was so disappointed with not only their service but their quality of food.
Also VERY pricey for what they offer. Not worth it.
The menu options felt so limited. Plenty of dry items on the menu, the chicken wasn’t as flavorful and we’ve had Arab food from turkey, Lebanon, etc before but this was unfortunately too bland for my taste.
I was very excited to share a “come with me to Arabisca” video on my TikTok for my followers but sadly no point in hyping it up just for the vibes.
I really hope the Manager/owner changes how he speaks with customers too. His tonality when we told him about my issue with the food was a no go. I eat out a LOT & have run into my fair share of disappointments and the Managers/Owners have always been so kind, warm, apologetic.
When we approached the manager/owner & told him our item just didn’t look cooked and we weren’t satisfied & didn’t reflect what the photo on the menu he goes “show me the picture” lol I mean what?
Only after having to PROVE it to him did he take it off of our bill. It shouldn’t matter if I showed the photo or not. Don’t insult me by asking me to prove it.
Until that incident I was saying I’d post my review video on TikTok and bring my friends for hookah but now, nope. Will not recommend &...

Parking; it's horrible. All the parking spaces outside the restaurant are for the taqueria next door so you either have to pay for the $7 valet (what a joke anyway because at high end restaurants it's 5) or you can park behindish to the restaurant and walk in. Not ideal. But not necessarily their fault.
Ambiance: it's a really nice restaurant. They have the hooka separate from the main restaurant for the non smokers. High end finishes. Really looks luxurious.
Seating: all the seats are great. The back wall was a plush looking couch area with plenty of room to spread out. We were at a 4 top that was just every so slightly too small.
Here is where the night just started to be okay. They charge a flat 20% tip. No matter how good, or bad, the service is it's a non negotiable 20%. I take out clients all the time to high dollar restaurant and there isn't such a requirement. While the service we had was good, I don't like that I'm handcuffed.
The food: it was good. Wasn't great. And far from bad but it wasn't knock your socks off delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, hummus, desserts and all were just good.
So this restaurant is good. Parking is bad. Tip policy is odd and it's pretty far from me but it sure is pretty in there.
Maybe if I'm on the side of town during dinner...
Read moreFirst time visiting this restaurant, and the experience was disappointing.
Parking: The restaurant has no dedicated parking. The shopping center lot is normally shared by all tenants, but you’re not allowed to park in the middle like any regular customer. You’re basically forced to use valet or park far away. We left at first, then came back and did valet (it’s “free,” but you’re expected to tip).
Inside: The place is beautiful, atmosphere was great. We ordered hookah, food, and drinks — all were fine.
The bill: This is where it went downhill. No paper bill, only a screen. You have to scroll down to see that they already added a 20% gratuity. Then, when paying, it asks for another tip (5, 10, 15, 20%). If you’re not paying attention, you could easily end up tipping 40%. This feels misleading and intentional.
Valet exit: When leaving, the valet brought the car, but they don’t take card tips — cash only. I rarely carry cash, so it was embarrassing.
Overall: ✔️ Food, hookah, and atmosphere were excellent. ❌ Parking is inconvenient and basically forces valet. ❌ Billing is misleading with hidden gratuity. ❌ Double-tipping setup feels like a scam. ❌ Cash-only valet tips are outdated and awkward.
I usually tip 20% or more for good service, but the way this place handles parking, billing, and gratuities felt manipulative. Unfortunately, it was my first...
