I like this place, their flavors are always IT, their food is always delicious too but their service is up and down. Whenever I get a doordash order and I ask for no ice on the drinks (I drink them over my whole day at work) and type them an instruction to charge me extra so they fill it all the way up since the first time I asked for no ice the drink was VERY LOW for almost $8-$9. The second, third order they kept sending me the drinks around 2 inches empty, never ordered trhu there, not even food bcs one time it had a hair and couldnt get a refund but i guess thats doordash fault. Today I came into the store, the girl getting the orders was talking so quietly that I had to read her lips to make out what she was saying. By her pointing at the "no wifi zelle, cash, venmo payment only" I found out they dont take card, is okay.. I get it no problem... I had to transfer money to pay and I was taking a bit long so I felt bad for the people behind me and the cashier too since I was holding them up so I told her I was going to step on a side so she could help the other ppl behind me. I had to step outside (had bad service on my phone) to get the transaction going and when I came back I went to cashier. I let her finish helping the customers that were up to the front already and then I step in telling her I was ready to pay, she whispered to me (bcs she speaks soo soft) to let the lady behind me to first bcs she was in the line before me, I was confused, was I supposed to make the whole long line again??? Never in my 8+ years of customer service I have ever asked someone or been asked to do so. I was there first, I just needed to pay so I told her that I was actually there first, that I just needed to pay, she agreed on helping me after I said it, I wasnt skipping the line. The guy making the drinks was really fast, they were busy and my drinks got out in a short wait time so I got my drinks first and I thought they forgot my food since the cashier (that by the way, this whole time could speak loud since she was calling the numbers OUTLOUD) didnt tell me anything about my food coming out later. I was sure I paid for it so I asked her if my food was coming, she said "it comes later" so I just waited for it. Im not sure if the same guy that made the drinks made the food or if it was someone inside but the food took a bit longer ofc as expected, no worries, I get it too. So my complaint is ofc about communication. If you gonna be cashier PLEASE SPEAK UP, PLEASE communicate with customers. I work in the food industry as well so this whole interaction with her today tbh wasnt it, if she is new I get it she just gotta improve. About doordash, PLEASE FIX IT because Im sure it isnt just me who had complained about the 2 inches empty drinks when we ask for no ice, like I said before I even told them to charge me extra but they didn't, they sent it lower. Again, about the food, it is always good,...
Read moreMy little Gem & my family & I’s current favorite Boba establishment! They have a wonderful selection of quality drinks that my family love with refreshing fresh fruits with select teas & always fresh Boba🧋! Friendly costumer service as well. I am happy to have found this establishment since last year🫶🏻
I used to only go to The Teahouse bc they had a great teapress selection, however since they have updated their menu, they have gone downhill & do not carry any of my favorites anymore; their loss & your/our gain w The Bep!
Lastly the only reason I put 4 stars was due to their fivestar app. There has been 2 occasions where I had a free drink & it couldn’t be honored bc their system was down & another time on their app they were giving out free totes on Black Friday with your order that they didn’t honor even though it was not expired on my app. Please be sure to correct for future reference,...
Read moreI recently visited Bếp Teahouse, which is undeniably cute with its charming decor and a claw machine filled with stuffed animals. The interior design is lovely, and the food was decent—better than some other boba places.
However, my experience took a downturn during my last visit on a Monday night. The place wasn’t busy, but when I approached the cash register, one employee was just squatting down, watching a video on his phone. I had to wait for him to finish before he took my order. I don’t mind waiting if he’s busy with other tasks, but waiting for him to finish scrolling through his phone is unacceptable. It really detracted from what could have been a...
