I agree with all the reviews about the staff being incredibly rude, which is obvious by the way they comment to every review that exposes them for being rude and overbearing by trying to blame the guests and past guests as a means to justify the way they treat people. Unfortunately the aggressive replies by hotel management to others comments further proves exactly how they are and their mentality towards guests. They literally take "hospitality" out of hospitality industry. They clearly don't care about their guests, they just want to control them and every thing they do. I highly recommend if you have no other choice and are forced to stay there, you MUST read ALL the FINE PRINT on contract before you sign (as it's not just standard motel verbiage), because their commonly practiced racket is to say you violated an obsure policy that no signs make you aware of, no one vocalizes is strictly punishable by fine (that literally doubles the cost of the room), one that isn't "common sense" obvious, and is only listed in fine print. They WILL charge you a $150 fine on your credit card and call themselves "justified" in doing so, because you "agreed" to allow them to fine you in writing. I would rather sleep in my car then give them a single cent of my hard earned money....buyer beware. Now management, let's hear your reply so you can blame me in your condensing, self-righteous tone. I personally will never miss an opportunity to tell anyone and everyone I run across how horrible y'all treat people. You should focus on learning what customer service actually looks like and less time berating your guests for honest mistakes just so you can get another $150 out of them and guarantee they NEVER return to your property again, not to mention how many people the guest may know or how influential they may be. Because everyone I know will also know how terrible y'all. My comment, the fine that was charged and the rudeness of employee is absolutely 100% factual. Can't you see the commonality in many many of your reviews? We ALL can't be lying. You have terrible customer service, treat your guests like they are your children, charge fines for ridiculous obsure unposted policies just to double the cost of staying. Read moreMy stay was absolutely horrible and it all started with the Front desk clerk. She was rude & ignorant. First, she was very adamant about the rule that I could have no guests in my room but myself. I booked my reservation online for myself only. I had to reassure her of this fact twice and she clearly saw me drive up in my SUV alone. Second, she almost made me swear on a bible that I don’t smoke when I clearly requested a non-smoking room online in my reservation. I was very offended because she said Management wanted to make sure that there were no bad people coming into their establishment. Third, I was assessed an additional $50 deposit fee in addition to the $75 price of the room which was very basic & clean but in my opinion not up to par because my deadbolt lock didn’t work on my door & I had to request another room. Read moreI had a horrible experience. So we were down stairs and it sounded like who ever was above us had a herd of cows in the room. Running , stomping, the furniture being drug across the floor. It was awful!! Well turns out I knocked and the man came to the door naked and told me it was a Friday night in a motel so.... and then a woman screams from the dark, it’s friday night in a motel leave us alone! Well it was 1am and did I mention he answered the door naked!! He had already been told to stop running and jumping by management. They offered to move us at 2a.m. Really there is nothing wrong with my room... the idiots upstairs are just jerks. I mean good for him he is getting some but really can you use the bed and not sound like your dragging her across the dang floor!! The owners never offered us a discount or anything.
