Great family friendly atmosphere. I recently had my graduation dinner here with family on Friday 5/24. Our server Nay was by far one of the most impressive servers I've had in a long time. She was very friendly amd attentive. Nay ensured we were well taken care of and also engaged with us in conversation. When asked about menu items she didn't hesitate to answer and also recommend options. I will definitely be returning here soon with my family amd friends as her warm welcome was more than enough to make my celebration one to remember. Everything about this place was amazing. When I asked for the manager, she went to get Claudia who also listened to me rave about the amazing service Nay had provided. This is one great group of people. The owners should definitely keep these two ladies as a part of their team. Their warmth and friendliness are sure to keep customers happy and coming back. They congratulated me upon entering as well as throughout our dinner and upon leaving. They even had a gorgeous graduation backdrop for photos. Thanks Nay and Claudia you ladies rock. Oh and the food was by far just as amazing as the service.

The food is not of good quality we ordered the fajitas for two and the meat was tuff and cut wrong. My rice was hard and the beans over salted. The charro beans sucked, instead of using sausage, they use thin sandwich ham?? The drinks are way over priced 19 for top self "gold" margaritas and it had way more ice than needed. The drink was tart and hardly could taste alcohol. This restaurant has gone down. Only good thing was the bakery and chips they serve. Not the salsa. I used to go to this restaurant as a little kid, but it definitely is not what it used to be. After my 128 dollar bill never again will I go to this restaurant poor quality food and poor service. Disappointing night. Go somewhere else this place is over priced and it's cheap food.

I recently visited Taquería Arandas on 249 and had a generally positive experience. The food was excellent—I ordered the chilaquiles with pollo a la plancha, and it was delicious. The coffee, as always, was top-notch, and the fresh-baked bread added a nice touch to the meal. I went early in the morning, and the restaurant was quite empty. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the service. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, the waitress seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker than attending to our table. This lack of attention was disappointing, especially given the low volume of customers. Unfortunately, this experience means we won’t be returning to this particular Arandas location.

I should have spoken with management this time we were there but it was late and after such a horrible experience my family and I just wanted to leave. First off, we had a large group and maybe once out of that hour and a half we were there did our waitress come and check on us. My husband had to eat his enchiladas with a knife because they never brought him a fork. Not a single waitress came to our table until one person from our group stood up and approached another waitresss nearby. My children kept waiting for drink refills. One of my kids fries were soggy like as if they had been previously fried and just reheated. Another one of our friends had a very burnt fried tilapia. The smell of it though was disgusting. I don’t know if it was old oil or the fish was spoiled or both that was a very overpowering stench. By the time we were leaving, my kids wanted to purchase some candy from the entrance and they were taking turns picking out the candy, well the waitress was very rude and told my son to hurry up and make up his mind. My dad was very upset with the way she spoke to my son and told her to change her attitude and not be disrespectful. She rolled her eyes and told me that he misunderstood what she had said to my son but it wasn’t a coincidence that my 4 children agreed she was very rude and disrespectful towards them. Point is we’ll NOT go there again and...

Food was good, service was not. No one came to sit us, so family and I picked a table at front, but still had to wait for someone to come serve. Waiter (with purple dyed hair) finally came to get our drinks, then forgot about us and sent another server to get the drink order again. Menus weren’t brought until we asked. Waitress that took over was disrespectful with her unnecessary remarks when I asked about the tortillas I had ordered (meal almost half way done by this time). If this was my first time at this location, I wouldn’t be back. This is the first time experiencing this kind of service here. I would understand if we showed up close to closing time and they didn’t have items available or if they were busy/short staffed, but this was about 7pm and not busy. I hope this feedback can be constructive for management to improve staff and/or can provide the necessary training for employees to give quality customer service even when they are having a bad day. This is definitely the reason I don’t go to other Taqueria...
