El Kiosko 13717 SH — Local services in Jersey Village

EDIT 6/6/25 - had an awful experience today. First off I try to order and the lady just walks away from me, doesn’t apologize and comes back rubbing her nose down and then starts my order. I try asking her for common items they carry, such as their Gaby’s special dressing, and she doesn’t even know what that is. She flags down someone to help her and now this girl is translating everything I’m saying, all the lady asked you for was to know what I was talking about not for you to translate, I am Mexican, I speak Spanish and it is my first language… overall I just left super annoyed because it’s clear they have no good communication skills within their team and the lady taking my order had extremely red eyes which gave me the impression she was either drunk or high, especially with how she carelessly walked away from me at the beginning in the middle of me talking. I wouldn’t come back to this location after this experience, what a shame when they were amazing a few months ago.

Months ago: I love coming to this location. Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness. That is the message. These ladies keep it nice and clean, which unfortunately I’ve built an “understanding” that most Kiosko’s aren’t that clean. (Ice cream all over their freezers, toppings everywhere) but not here. So I went Sunday night and purchased 3 water ice creams, a regular nachos and a "large" fruit thingy. Paid $30.00 for this...and the fruit thing is not that big of a difference from the "small" size. Well it upset my stomach so bad that I woke up at 4am to throw up. I think that the fruit was not fresh and maybe because the place was so hot inside, or the fruit I was given was there all day, who knows but I've never had this happen to me at other locations. NEVER going back to this one again! On top of that they took for ever to make my order. They need to turn on their A/C because it was very hot and uncomfortable to be there waiting...

I called 10 mins before they closed to ask if their kitchen was still open and they said yes. I was only 5 mins away from there and I even asked if I could just place my order by phone so I could just pick it up and pay and go since I know they were ready to go home but they said they couldn’t but I could still come in. When I got there they said they couldn’t do food anymore because they were closing. Made me waste my time rushing there just so they could do that? So unprofessional and all 3 ladies that night...
