I called to place an order over the phone for to -go because I have a baby in the car and rather not take him out the car seat just to order one drink to go which will take more time rather than calling. I can’t leave my baby alone in the car. If I do, it needs to be in and out fast. So I thought calling would be faster and more helpful for me. When ordering over the phone, the man taking my order asked if I seen the drink online and I said yes. He then said why didn’t I order online. I told him is it a problem for me to order over the phone and he did not answer my question. He proceeded to take the order , he sounded rude. This is my second time ordering over the phone. It should not be a problem. I then went to go pick up my drink from inside and asked do they not allow calls to order to go and he said only for tipped customers. That’s ridiculous . During a recent trip from Farmersville, I came across Boba House in Princeton, Texas. I was feeling very thirsty and decided to stop by for a drink. I ordered their Oolong tea, which was served warm with honey and bubbles, and it was absolutely delicious.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure my order was perfect. The customer service was excellent.

Always a great place to get a nice tall glass of boba milk tea. I've been coming here since they renamed and its always been just as delicious. There's tons of combinations you can choose from, and its really worth the price. The store is always clean and has a nice atmosphere. If you are skeptical over the bad reviews, they really don't know what they're talking about ! This is a small business with family.
