I have been treated here really, really poorly. I went Friday morning 2 days ago to my surprise. I had the same the older hispanic lady attend me that did unfortunately months ago when I had a problem with the people working there. I have always had a deeper tone in my voice as a woman, and I know that, believe me, it is something I have always had criticism about growing up. It's not my fault that I was born like that. Every woman is different, and our voices are different not everyone of us has a lighter tone. Anyway, I went through the drive-through and waited about 5 minutes to take my order because something was going on at the time they told me. Then, when they come on, they refer to me as a man, and I corrected them. Once I did that, the Hispanic male told a female worker Hispanic as well, and she came on. I'm thinking she was going to make things better and telling me that she apologizes and then continues to refer to me again after the fact as a man. To then, I get aggravated as I should and proceed to tell her that. It is absolutely beyond rude that after I told them that it was wrong to refer me by that, they continued and laughed. Then, when I go to the window, all of them turn laughing at me. What type of zoo do you run here, honestly? To have full grown payed employees to act as if they have no home training or sense. Then 2 days ago I went and got breakfast thinking that these people were gone as I saw others ( different employees) on other days when I went a month ago. I see one of the same rude people in the bunch of that dreadful day attending me and then she on top does not give me the total after I added something else prior to pulling forward and even after she tells me too. Then she gets aggravated with me and starts talking to the manager on duty and laughing and staring at me as if she was telling her about that day and then took her time to give me my order after. The lady (manager) was a light skinned Hispanic female with blonde hair when she gives me the total amount after the fact adding and her not giving me time and then gets aggravated when having to get the money together. Like, come on, please do better. A lot of us live in the area very close and have no problem giving business to yall but like this. It seems like some workers sign their own check have no care on how they treat people or make them feel and forget every one of us are essential to their pay. I hope they carry the same energy when they have to pay bills or order food themselves and get what they give in return.    Read moreThe female employee that was working at 4am on 3/10/2025 is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We pulled up to the speaker and before we could say anything, she shouts, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!" We said okay and proceeded to place our order online. My husband said, "Ma'am?" And again, she shouts, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!!" My husband and I were shocked. He responded, "Yes. We are placing one now. I just wanted to know if your ice cream machine is working." She said, "Ughhh yeah but we can't do that. It's online orders only." Since it wasn't working, we waited quite some time and asked if the system was still updating and she said, "Yeah..." and I kid you not, "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!!!"
