Read moreMidnight drive thru guy has issues. Old Asian guy.
Did an online order, when I went to pick up, told him that I was picking up an online order under my name. He was like "WHAT?". So I repeated myself, said it slightly higher so he can hear me, also mentioned what was in the order, and you can hear him angrily mumble to himself, tellsbme to pull up. I get there, and the guy is visibly angry at me, like resented or something, like if I killed his dog or something, gives me the order with a botheredface and looking at me straight in the eyes.
As I'm driving off I asked myself if I did something wrong, I did not talked to him in a disrespectful tone or anything, did not complained about anything. I'm an easy going guy and never gotten this type of treatment before.
Fast forward a few months, drove there and this time ordered on the drive thru instead of online. Things went smoother as my order was conventional. When I got to the window, the way that he asked for my card was kind of rude still. So I kind of put him to the test and asked for my receipt, yes he started giving me an attitude about it, but I stood firm about the receip, he then gives me the order, there's no ketchup packages for the fries, so I asked him for some ketchup, he gets angry again, but again I stood firm. As I'm driving off I realize that he didn't give me a straw for the drink, I just went home.
This guy has issues. I understand that working at drive thru sucks, but you can't act like this at work, especially looking at customers like if you hate them over a miscommunication or can't understand someone saying "hi, I'm picking up an online order under...
Read moreThe overnight manager at this jack in the box may possibly be insane. It's an older Asian man who is consistently one of the angriest late night fast food workers I've ever encountered. He is always snappy, rude, and seems to hate you. This is noy unheard of in fast food, but he seriously takes it to another level. The last time i went, two nights ago, however; he refused to make my order altogether, which I had put in on the app and payed for, even though the other employee protested. His reason was that I had ordered extra onions and the location was out of onions. The employee who was explaining this to me was completely apologetic, embarrassed, and didn't understand either, so I pulled around to the window and asked to speak to the manager who then yelled at me, "No Onions!", and then waved me away. I said to him I already paid, how do I get a refund, and he again just said "No Onions!", and walked out of view. The other employee had started taking someone else's order, so I just drove away. The order was marked as completed by the store, and so I have no alternative but to make this Google review in hopes that I can be refunded and perhaps that manager can be reprimanded. I live really close to this jack in the box, and I work late at night. It would be nice to not get yelled at and eventually even denied my prepaid order by a person who may seriously have a dangerous...
