Waterfalls Cafe spring — Restaurant in Texas

Breakfast is my favorite meal, but usually I'm not up early enough to have it out. I was excited when this place opened and specialized in breakfast and had extended hours. I had heard from one person already that it was really good. I finally got a chance to try it today and wasn't disappointed! I had the eggs benedict...which was delicious! I also had a small stack of blueberry pecan pancakes. They were also very good...light and fluffy and just how they should be. My friend had the chicken fried steak and enjoyed it. She really liked the mashed potatoes and vegetables as well. They were the real deal...not out of a can. The food in the attached pictures doesn't do the food or presentation justice. The plates came out beautiful. What my plates look like has no bearing on what I think of a restaurant....waaay more important is the food and service, but everything looked so nice it deserves a mention. The service was also very good and the restaurant was decorated nicely. If you want something other than breakfast, Waterfalls Café has much more than just breakfast. They have many sandwiches as well as at least 10 different types of hamburgers, as well as chicken fried chicken, etc. I'm not sure if they serve dinner yet, but it is very worth going for breakfast, lunch or brunch! Oh man! This place is the best!

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat, we happen across Warerfalls Cafe, tried it for the first time. And let me tell yal! This place! The best!

I ordered the Big Biscuts and it was the best biscuits I have ever had at a restaurant and Im not big fan of biscuits but I wanted some gravy bread so I ordered the Big Biscuits because it was close to what I wanted. I got two eggs over medium with that meal with hasbrowns and I ordered a side of grits.

My husband got the Cinnamon Pecan Pancakes with a side of bacon and he said his meal was really good. So good he can't finish it all because the pancakes are large and fluffy.

When you walk in, you are welcomed with great big smiles and HELLO WELCOME as if we were family.

Very nice employees. The waitresses are super nice and courteous. The owner went to every table asked how was everything. He came to our table talked to us for a bit, he's very friendly. He has regulars whom he remembers their names.

The inside is super cute, warm and homey with their plants, paintings and decorations.

So, a couple months ago, we ate here and the young waitress with tattoos was super duper awesome!!! We had a bunch of kids and she handled our table like a pro!!! We went today and got carry out... This time I am seriously considering never going back!!! I walked in and went to the counter... No greeting just a blank look from a middle aged woman literally standing there doing nothing. I told her the name for the pick-up and you would have sworn i spoke German. She turned, spoke to another gentleman, and HE went to get the ONLY damn bags that were sitting on the counter ready for pick-up. She looked confused like she had no idea why I was there and had turned back facing me and literally said nothing! The guy brought the order over, handed it to me and that was it!!! INTHAT ENTIRE EXCHANGE, I was literally the ONLY person who said GOOD MORNING and Thank you. THE CUSTOMER!!! smh!!! The food is good, I will admit that easily, BUT so is Denny's! So much for trying to support smaller family...
