I was addicted to Starbucks but they eventually irked me since they couldn't ever get the drink to taste good. A mocha coffee shouldn't taste like coffee grounds. I would have to travel to other stores to get it done correctly but that was an inconvenience. Soooo my BFF told me about Dutch Bros and even bought me a mocha iced coffee to try and I fell in love. She would always bring me one but I decided to go to this location myself for the first time. First off, the drive through line was ridiculous. I waited in line for 20 minutes, I had no idea how or where to order but eventually I saw a person outside with a tablet taking your order. I saw the short menu but didn't know what to get since my BFF always got it for me. When I'm finally getting my order taken, the woman seemed already agitated. I told her it was my first time and I'm not to sure what I was looking at and she rolled her eyes. I told her I did see the mocha and asked if it was iced or how could I get the frozen kind. She said Iced is iced and frozen is blended but just without any kindness. She seemed unhelpful or unwilling to help and it might be her own frustration with the amount of customer there was or maybe had personal problems of her own but as a first timer, I was disappointed. I was looking for a bubbly person to direct me on what to choose not spend money while feeling embarrassed due to my lack of knowledge. I did get the Mocha Blended with 2 shots of espresso. It was tasteful, so much so that I drank it all before I even got back to my house. I most likely wont return to this location but to their Barker Cypress location. My BFF was surprised when I told her my experience as she mentioned she receives the absolute opposite. I'm all about customer service when it comes to where I choose to spend my money. I hope to have a better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this location dang near daily. Please tell me why this morning happened the way it did. The most disgusting service Iāve ever seen in my life. I ordered ahead right. All of the three parking spots they have for the pick up window were full, so I went through the drive through. There was a girl with a Massachusetts license plate that bumped the curb then drove over it to āskipā me in line. The girl for Dutch bros with the vest taking the orders, goes up to her vehicle to take her order, I tell her Iām just there to pick up my order ahead and go bc I needed to leave. She continues to take the order for the vehicle that drove over the dividing curb. She gets to me and proceeds to āgo inside to get the drinkā I wait so long Iām already at the drive through window, the girl never came back, instead two other girls went out to take care of the drive through lines. I ask for the manager, I believe her name is Bells, well Bells tells me that they no longer ādo that.ā They wonāt bring the drinks out anymore. I said if that was as of today because I was just there yesterday. I then ask what do I do if the three parking spots for the window are all full as they were this morning, she just kept that condescending plastered on smile on her face and kept repeating they wonāt bring the drinks out. I asked if her staff knew that bc thatās not what the girl shared with me at all. She said she did know that. When I did finally get my blended drink, what do yall think it looked like? Yall think it was still blended? lol oh my lord. That...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI typically only write good reviews and this is a good one. I only marked 4 stars to get the management's attention otherwise it is a 5 star review. The service is excellent at 5 star. Every employee I've encountered at this location is 5 star. Great and nice personalities from everyone and they seem to never make mistakes in my opinion. The drinks are great and far surpass competitors like Starbucks. My only concern is for management to consider something. As we approach the heat of the summer the employees really look like they're hurting out there taking orders in the direct sunlight. One guy had a cooling pack on his back. The girl who too our order was dripping in sweat. In my opinion they all looked like they were struggling and it's very dangerous. The employees do continue to smile for customers but they are hurting. This region of Texas locations should maybe do something similar to chic-Fila and install a canopy in the order line to provide some relief for them. Maybe consider visiting this or other nearby locations to see if you agree. If I see a canopy or some other solution to this I will edit this review into a well deserved 5 star. I do not like to hurt a company reputation as a buisness owner myself. Please...
