I don't normally give 5 stars for anything, especially for service these days but this location deserves it specifically for one employee. Christopher, who handled our mobile order at 7:27pm this evening 07/23/2022 was the perfect example of how customer service should look. We haven't had much of that since COVID. As a matter of fact, seems like most of the great employees left and many did not return. The bar seems to have lowered a few notches in just about every aspect of our lives especially service/hospitality. If you manage this location, please take care of Christopher. You can tell he's just a person that tries to make your day better and goes above/beyond the position. On top of all that, he makes a damn fine...

Nice little shop for a cool treat. It was very clean and the server was helpful. I had the watermelon and vanilla. I will probably do a different combination next time, but it was pretty good. I'm a fan of snow cones and shaved ice treats, but not huge on ice cream by itself. Next time I will opt for only the shaved ice part. They have a small little patio at the front entrance with umbrellas tables. The frog itself, is just adorable! The only thing was the music was so loud, I had a hard time hearing her. The music itself was great though. During my time they played Cyndi Pauper and Duran Duran. Doesn't get much better than that! Just need to turn it down a tad. $5.43...

Tonight it's not only about the Ice-cream. It's about the service we got from this young and cheerful gentleman! We go to this location many times and have been to another as well, because we love the ice-cream. We were not very happy with the service but this time from the way we were explained about the new flavor, to the way he presented the taster, from taking the order, making sure we get our points to preparing the order and serving it, he was just impressive. And then he also came out to the dine in area and made sure everything was OK. No it was not OK! It was OUTSTANDING. Thank you young man! Sorry we forgot to take your name...
