Wow, 3 different managers there. The last one is the WORST. This is the 2nd time in 7 months where there was such a Long line bc the 2 employees & manager was MORE worried a out the online orders instead of the 5 people waiting on line. Also manager was MORE about helping those that were there to pickup their order instead of helping the 5 including me whom was waiting patiently for More than 15 minutes. I saw 2 just left. Then 30 minutes later still 3 of us still waiting while ALL.the online orders are been made and hand out. Please get BETTER managers and Better employees, instead of getting managers & employees not acknowledging the customers whom are waiting patiently in line to order. This location has gone DOWN since the Asian manager took over. I had to drive the other location on Fry whom had online orders but asked what I would like in 5 minutes. Not sure why I wait 30 minutes with 3 others at this location and no one knowledge anyone but the employees were talking to each other & their manager, Not the customers. Avoid this location. Read moreI’ve been eating Jersey Mike’s since 2003, when I was first introduced to them during my time in the Marine Corps. I was so ecstatic when I found out they were bringing them to Houston. They’ve been in Katy for a while now and this is hands down my favorite sandwich shop. I typically get the Large BLT, but if I’m feeling hangry I opt for the Monster. With extra mayo!
This location is great. I’ve never had any issues, even during the peak lunch hours, they always do a fantastic job. There may have been a few occasions where I’ve had to wait a few extra minutes, but these sandwiches are definitely worth the wait.
My whole family loves them. My wife will either buddy up with me and attack a Monster BLT or she will get an Original Italian done Mike’s way. The kiddos always split a large Turkey and Provolone with just mayo.
I really wish I had some pictures to upload with this review, but no one drools over sandwich paper and crumbs. Haha!

Read moreEmployees not as attentive and active as other locations I’ve been to (further south 99 and Sugar Land) didn’t take my order until a few minutes after I walked into an almost empty store and stood in an empty line. Then left my sub half made to shift the work off to another employee who was in the back, who then tells another employee to ring me up. All while 3 more are in the doorway to the back area socializing. All the tables were filthy with bread crumbs and napkins when I sat down (I picked the least dirty one, where a customer who just left cleaned up her space). An employee did come out and clean up the tables while I was eating but only a swift wipe and that’s it. Still had dirty fingerprints all over the chairs and napkin containers. I was hoping my food would at least be normal, but the tuna sub tasted nothing like it normally does. I don’t think they used the right amount of mayo which made the tuna dry and fishy. Probably will be the last time I come to this location, as my experience and sub always taste and feels the same great...
