Dear [Jersey Mike's Customer Service],
I am writing to share a concerning experience I had at one of your locations on January 26, 2025. As a long-time fan of Jersey Mike's, I was disappointed and alarmed by what occurred during my visit.
While having my sandwich prepared, one of the employees appeared visibly frustrated, handling items roughly and slamming down the oil, vinegar, and spice containers. Unfortunately, the glass jar of spices shattered, causing glass to spread across the prep area and into multiple sandwiches, including mine. I immediately pointed this out and expressed that I would not be eating the sandwich due to the contamination, requesting that mine and others be remade.
The employee's response was unprofessional—they seemed irritated, did not clean the area until I asked, and continued handling food with the same gloves used to clean up the glass. When I pointed out the need for fresh gloves, they changed them reluctantly but proceeded to use the same bread that had potentially been contaminated.
Although I was served a replacement sandwich, I was still charged full price. Due to safety concerns, I was ultimately too apprehensive to eat it, worried that it might contain glass shards or chemical residue. To make matters worse, I noticed that to-go orders containing potentially contaminated sandwiches were not remade or discarded, which raises significant food safety concerns for other customers.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I can continue dining at Jersey Mike's, a brand I have always loved and trusted. I urge you to address this incident promptly to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

Read moreI've been to this location numerous times. The wait times are increasingly long and the female manager is rude to customers. The staff seems almost afraid of her and they are often inexperienced and slow on the line. On a previous visit, I watched the manager lose her temper with a customer who double checked that her sandwich was being made as she'd requested. The manager snapped at her. The final straw for me was on my last visit, this same manager was incredibly rude to my parents as they ordered. I was recovering from surgery so I was sitting down at a table. My parents were ordering for my children and I. I'd texted the order to my mother using the sandwich numbers to make it easier for her to order. The manager was slicing meat and bread that day. She lost her patience with my parents when they couldn't remind her how many of the sandwiches they'd ordered had ham on them. My parents didn't know because they were ordering based on numbers. When my parents were confused by the manager's repeated demands to recount their order, the manager got so frustrated with them, that she yelled 'FINE, I'll just do them one by one!' and slammed the meat she was holding back in the case. The entire restaurant went quiet. This was too much for me, I walked over to her and suggested that if she couldn't remember the whole order then maybe she shouldn't be trying to slice meat for 7 sandwiches at once. We did not have a nice exchange. We asked to speak to the manager and she told us she was the manager. I will not be back to this location. Ordered food 5 days ago, it was wrong. I called immediately to inform them of it and was told that they were busy and that they would call me back. Never happened.
5 days later no call back. I call the store and inform the assistant manager Allie of my situation and she agrees to remake the subs and apologized.
Wife shows up and the guy knows nothing about the replacement and is attempting to change her full price. I call and speak to him and he says that he knows nothing about it and that Allie is not in the store and that that can’t give anything for “free”
Sam the GM gets on the phone and says the same thing.. nothing is being given for “free”
I tell her that Allie already agreed to remake, she says that Allie is in the restroom and can’t confirm… but she will remake one…
I send my daughter back up there to get it… Yet again they try to charge her…
Sam finally gives her the sandwich and guess what? MADE WRONG AGAIN
I call Sam back, she argues that it was made right and that I’m just being rude for no reason… She said we need to drive another 10 miles back again to proove it was made wrong and she “ may be able to replace it “
