I went yesterday evening around 7 after spending time at the park with my son. After letting the lady at the register know my order, she asked me if I had a shirt for my son (who is 1 year old). Then when I asked her why, she said “we normally do not provide services to people without shirts or shoes” I stated the obvious and said “he is a baby” then she proceeded to say “yes I know, but you as another should know” I told her I did not want to order anymore and was going elsewhere instead. I felt very uncomfortable. My son had shorts, shoes and even a hat on. He was hot and wanted to take his shirt off because he was sweating once we left the park. I felt uncomfortable and it is unacceptable that I go into an establishment to be judged on what my son doesn’t have on and all I wanted was a sandwich meal. I am very disappointed in this service and there is no reason why someone should have an input on how I bring my son when he is just baby and it is so hot outside he needed to cool down. I am very bothered as a mother and a customer and it is something I find highly offensive. Please do better. Read moreI ordered a veggie sandwich a few weeks back. I ask for all extra veggies plus onions with extra onions. I couldn’t see them or taste them so I went back to ask if they forgot. The young man took the sandwich, dug through the lettuce and was like “they are on here”. I told him the fact you had to dig through means that’s not extra. He kept going back and forth then finally gave me more onions. Then took all the lettuce that he had on the side of the sandwich and slapped it back on like he was making a sand castle. I walked out and threw the sandwich away. I didn’t want to make a scene. The employees looked irritated that I spoke up about it. Read moreI ordered a Totally Tuna to be delivered between 12pm - 12:15pm at my job for my lunch break. The app told me my order was on the way at 12:07pm. I stood outside my job waiting for my lunch to be delivered as i was very hungry. I thought my food would be coming at 12:15 but soon it became 12:23pm. I called the restaurant and asked if maybe the driver is lost or couldnt find me because no one pulled up outfront where i was standing outside for my food. Someone on the phone told me the driver should be coming any minute. The driver DID NOT COME UNTIL 12:36PM!! And i only had 10 mins to scarf down my food on my 45 minute lunch break!
