Customers of African Descent BE AWARE

I come in to grab my order and go. Some young guy in glasses assumed I'm an uber driver and I tell him no. I tell him it's under my name and he gives me a condescending look like I'm lying. He turns around and checks the bags then turns back around and says he doesn't see it and needs to see my phone. I have to go through all my apps and pull up the order with no hesitation. He then turns around and grabs the exact bag he studied. I asked if he my name wasn't listed. He says, " Yea it's listed 'bro' but sometimes you people come in lying about the order." I asked him to repeat and he said 'some people' the next time. I tell him I didn't appreciate spending $20 at an establishment that views me as a thief. He grabs the bag and does not want to let go while i have my hand on it to grab it -- AFTER ALREADY OFFENDING ME, he chose to grab the bag like he wasn't going to give me my food because I called him out for stereotyping me.!?. I explain to him again that I'm not the guy to go this route with and he now tries to apologize and say he didn't say anything in that way because a woman employee walked up (I assume his boss).

This is not right and his reaction after offending a paying customer who had been every bit of respectful while completing his prejudice requests his absurd. Fire him and teach your next employee how to politely communicate with customers while keeping your racist intrusive thoughts to themselves. A minority being prejudice to another...

I wish I could give them 0 stars for customer service. Forget about the food. Long story short. We were traveling from Baton Rouge so we took a stopover it was halal and has good reviews. My special needs child wanted to use the bathroom so I took my kids one by one. Now keep in mind that I’m not absent minded and my special needs is 10 years old. We went to the bathroom it was clogged already. Yeh flush wasn’t working properly and had a lot of toilet paper in it. I didn’t care as I was hungry. We ate the food it was good until I went out with my kids and I asked my husband to order something for the roadtrip. So we ordered. This Elderly Manager after taking order told my husband that your wife threw an adult sized diaper in our toilet seat. My husband told him that she can’t do something like that I can come and show you the trash can. My husband came outside and he asked me about it. And told him the same thing that I didn’t. I’m not dumb. How can I do that it’s a damn adult size diaper. Anyways I called this manager and he said no actually it was the worker it was not the diaper bla bla. I told him the same thing he should have done RESEARCH BEFORE ACCUSING AND INSULTING US. No manners. You guys move here from PAKISTAN BUT YOUR MENTALITY is still the same 0 customer service they treat their own people like trash what a shame. I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO SUPPORT SUCH BUSINESSES WHO ACCUSE PEOPLE FOR NO...
