In my point of view. I don't think that it's fair to prepare a customer's order that just walked in after the food delivery people first. That is very disrespectful that you give priority to all the customers that come in after us and make us wait. Just because we are not the customer. You should not give priority to everyone that comes after us. You should always treat the food delivery people just the same as any customer. Who ever gets there first gets served first. Our customers are expecting their food at a certain time, and if we don't get the food on time that really affects us the food delivery people. Please fix your system other wise the food delivery people will reject your delivery orders and that will affect...

I can’t rate food or desserts there, but here is something happened to us today; my uncle wanted to use the restroom before collecting Uber Eats order because of an emergency situation.Even though my uncle asked them several times, saleswomen told him that he is not allowed to use it until he purchases something from the store. He was there in behalf of a customer, so what’s the difference ? I respect the policy that do not allow restroom service to non-customers, but not allowing delivery drivers who are taking deliveries in behalf of customers? Ambiance was good. The set up was really nice and modern. The beef brisket kolache was very good. The cheese burger was pretty decent also. Potato kolache was kind of plain but not bad. The donuts and kronuts didn't seem to fresh though. Shipley's has much better donut holes. The red velvet donut holes didn't taste any different than regular ones so must just be red food coloring. Service, they were really nice but for as busy as it was, they were really slow. They definitely need to hire more people to make it more efficient.
