Used to be one of our favorite breakfast spots but I can't say we'll ever be back after our latest visit. It was the weekend so the wait was 15 to 20 minutes. It was a bit loud but that was to be expected. Our server was attentive and courteous as usual. Our issue was with the food. I ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Benny and the Wife ordered the Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up. Two dishes that we have ordered in the past and been very pleased with. However, when I received my breakfast the hash browns tasted undercooked, bland, unsalted and had no crust on the outside. Okay so somebody didn't get the hash browns right this time. This was something I was willing to overlook and enjoy the rest of my breakfast but it just got worse from there, much worse. The pork belly was overcooked, dried out and chewy. The one thing I cannot overlook is the eggs were HARD poached not soft poached. The chef should have just placed a couple of hard boiled eggs on my plate. To make it even worse, yes worse, very little hollandaise sauce was put on the plate making the whole dish notably dry. Okay, there goes my dish, a complete write off. Now for the Wife's dish. Same issues with her sweet potatoes that I had with my hash browns. They were undercooked, extremely bland and NO seasoning. She asked for scrambled eggs but the eggs came out barely scrambled and still very loose. Again, no seasoning and bland. Now, to top it all off, they completely forgot to add the house-made Snooze Sriracha maple syrup. This made the whole dish completely dry and bland. Can't say my Wife was very pleased this time around.
To place a nice big cherry on top of the whole experience, management needs to review the rewards section on the Snooze app. Specifically, "Free Snooze Classic With A Min $25 Purchase!" Details: "Start your day with a free snooze classic when you spend $25 or more. Enjoy three cage-free eggs cooked any style with your choice of protein and either hash browns or toast. Available in-restaurant or online. Offer valid for the next 14 days and cannot be extended. The reward cannot be combined with any other reward, promotion, or offer outside Priority Seating." After placing our order I asked our waitress in regards to the reward, I was told that we had to purchase one Snooze Classic in addition to spending $25 in order to qualify. Okay in my mind that's buy one get one free with an additional $25 purchase. That is NOT what the reward's details say. We spent over $60 but somehow don't qualify??? Where in the details does it say this? I tried applying the reward to an online check out order to confirm what the waitress was saying and she was correct. Reward cannot be applied at checkout even when following the details listed for the reward. If this is the case the details need to be modified otherwise it reads like false advertisement. The meal wasn't even for us but for one of our neighbors going through cancer. All I can...

Not a single time did she come by to check how we were doing or if we needed something. We would always have to catch her on her way to see another customer.
Example: Brought coffee without asking if we needed creamer. We had to stop her on her way to see another customer. “Can I ask you a favor? Can I please have some creamer?” Come on, you should either bring it or ask when the person orders coffee.
I ordered GF pancakes with berries. I got 1 pancake with berries. So I told her I was here last week and I got 2, and that’s what I wanted (obviously in a polite manner). After 10-15 minutes she brought the second one out with berries. I look at the bill and aim getting charged for 2 orders (more expensive than a 2 package order). Come on, you should have fixed this in your system.
This brings it down from. 5 star to a 4 star.
NOTE to self, next time go sit where Ashley is the server or just don’t go.

Ashley was our servers name. Her service was fantastic. I enjoy eating gluten free and she was so kind to share her insights on what is good (nothing is bad). She was very attentive l, came by multiple times (not too many, not too little) to check on us and how we were doing. Thank you Ashley for making our experience great.
Now the food review. The food was fantastic!
My wife ordered a egg dish, don’t know what it’s called but have a look at the video. Basically sunnny side up eggs on toast with caramelized onions and avocado in the middle. Yummmmm.
The gluten free pancakes were spectacular as well. Ask for sugar free syrup as well.
I felt like I was sitting in Austin, only 15 minutes from my home in Katy. Amazing experience. Now I need to get a frequent fliers card...
Read moreWe saw this place in Denver, Colorado and saw that it was also in Texas so we decided to give it a try. I thought the food was okay. I got the corned beef hash and my fiance got their salmon eggs benedict. My corned beef hash was a bit too greasy compared to other corned beef hash I've had before. Maybe because they combined it with the potato hash which maybe soaked up extra oil. I got kind of nauseated at the end of eating it. The eggs benedict I tried a piece of it, and it was okay. Nothing special about it.
We also ordered their cappuccino and chai. The cappuccino tasted like cappuccino... The chai on the other hand wasn't great. It lacked the flavor and spices that a good chai would have. It tasted watered down.
At the end we paid about 30$ without tip. Would we go back? No... The place is clean. Very hip vibe, but the food and price I don't think is worth it.
Update April 2018:
The last time we came here. We didn't like the service and the food was okay. But we were invited to try it out again and we were surprised how it has improved from the last ime we came. The service was a lot better. Our waitress was very attentive and no one dropped off beverages that they themselves didn't even know was being brought out... We were very pleased. Also, I guess we ordered the wrong thing last time because the breakfast burrito and tacos were very good and filling. The sauce on the burrito with it's tangy and slight sweet taste was a perfect combination with the salty bacon filling that I chose. I tried my fiance's barbacoa tacos too and they were delicious. She just wished there was a bit more barbacoa. Overall we were satisfied and would definitely go back based on our latest...
