Horrible customer service from the moment I placed my order at the drive through. I arrived for the launch of the Beyond Meat chicken nuggets, which I was excited to try as soon as I got off work. But when I placed my order, the lady who took my order had NO CLUE what I was talking about. Never mind that there was literally a GIANT green sign advertising the Beyond Meat product on the front of the store. 😑 You would think the managers would inform the employees about a major product launch, but then again, I'm sure they also expect a little common sense that staff know how to read a self-explanatory sign. Fortunately, another employee took over the order and knew exactly what I was talking about. I wanted to order sauce but didn't want to confuse this lady more than I already had. Anyways, I pull up to the window and she literally asks "What was your order?" 😑. As if she still could not comprehend this new menu item. I repeated my order back to her and asked for my receipt to ensure that she didn't accidentally ring me up for something else. She acted like she was so bothered to provide me with even that. I took my receipt and pulled up to the front of the store as requested to wait for my order to be brought out to me. While I sat and waited, I looked at my receipt and it wasn't even the correct receipt! Nowhere near what I ordered and didn't even have the correct time. It was someone else's old receipt! 😑😑😑 I was just hoping and praying my order would come out right because at this point, they were screwing everything else up. Fortunately, a younger Hispanic man came out and brought my order and even put some sauces in there without me even asking. I was pleasantly surprised and so grateful that he understood no one wants to eat dry nuggets! He had a very pleasant attitude and ended what would have been a horrible experience on a positive note. I wish I caught his name but he was working around 6:20 PM on 1/10/2021. If he is not a manager, he should be! Fortunately, my food was warm and it tasted great. Wish I could give this location more stars for the food and the young man who assisted me, but unfortunately I have to dock it for the other clueless, rude, lazy employees who are collecting...
Read moreLong post, but honest... So, we go at 8pm. They are open another 2 hours. The manager was busy flirting with some guy at the front counter. She finally takes mine and my husband's order. I ordered a breast and wing, crispy. She tells me they don't have any. Then she says they have to make some and it'll take 13mins. I said "okay, I'll wait". She rolled her eyes, and told the other lady that I wanted extra crispy white meat and I wanted to wait. She didn't know I'm bilingual. We proceeded with our order. Then as the chicken finished frying, I seen the amount that she tried, and told another associate (filling in from taco bell) that I wanted to add another crispy piece. The taco bell associate told the manager. Then in Spanish, she said oh my god, we don't have anymore, it's for another order. I then asked that manager to come back to the counter instead of sending the girl up there. I asked her what the problem was. She told me what I ordered. I said "okay and I'm adding to that order... I'm paying so what's the big deal". She said that the other chicken was for an Uber eats order. I asked if the driver was there yet. She said no. I said "okay, well serve the customer in front of you, fry some more chicken, make them wait 13 minutes, and honor my request". She reluctantly did it. It's amazing how she spoke PERFECT English while she was flirting with the black guy at the counter before we walked in...then all of a sudden she barely spoke any when my husband and I ordered. This type of service makes me wonder how this restaurant selected this individual as a manager. Like, they had no other qualified, customer friendly person to fill that...
Read moreSo my total was 11 99 I had the girl $8 and ask to put the rest on my debit card. They handed back saying that my debit card declined when I knew that the money was in there. So I checked on my phone and it said surely enough the remaining amount was processing through my account I got into an argument with the manager because I'm trying to explain to him what processing mean and he keeps trying to tell me that the transaction is pending and that I still owe 1199 I'm trying to explain to him and no pending and processing or two different things but yet he was talking to me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about and that I still 1199. That's what I told him no I don't I gave you $8 and the rest was supposed to go on my card. That's what he says to me oh well I can try to run it again and it should go through and he runs my card and surely enough the transaction on there in goes through. It really made me mad because I didn't like how he kept saying I told 1199 with an attitude like I was wrong when I was it. Then when I get home I discovered after all the trouble that my 3 piece chicken meal is more like 2 + 1/3 as you can see in the picture it's barely a piece of chicken I don't have the time or patience to go back up there and cuss anybody out and it's messed up because they usually do make the food fresh but I probably won't be returning to this...
