I had a very upsetting experience today I’d give it a 1 star but the manager who took care of it was very sweet and seemed like she was caring ! Employees were having a whole conversation, and decided to ignore me today, I waited over for several minutes and no body wanted to come take my order (mind you I was the first person in line , and there were only 2 cars not busy at all) instead the guy decides to go to the car behind me and take their order after having them wait as well , I looked at them and was a little bit confused this particular employee has been rude several times and I’m not the one to point out fingers because I get that it could get frustrating at times dealing with customers , I don’t really mind the bad service because all I want is to get my food and leave , I don’t like being a Karen ! Unfortunately today was so upsetting that I’m having to write a review about it ! Because he has been rude numerous times and I’m tired of getting the same servir every time , I would NOT come back but SADLY it is the only chick fil a closer to my job! If you guys could please speak to your employees and properly train them how to provide customer service because some of them are literally trash! Read moreStopped by at 7:44 pm on 11-27 Juan was the manager on duty walked in & no one was at the counter I waited no one came so i asked the manager Juan who was working in the drive thru was it someone to take my order he said wait a minute well that minute turned into me asking him two more times & five minutes later with the same response. I asked him for Corporate number he told me it would be on my receipt when I order i told him why would I order something after waiting more than 5 minutes which is ridiculous & I needed the number he walked over with a attitude hit some key on the register & receipt tape printed out never even trying to correct the issue or anything he had the attitude as whatever. But after pulling off & looking at the receipt he printed the last transaction from a sale with all that customer credit card info on it the last 4 of the card number card description ect . Read moreI received very poor service at this Chick-fil-A today. I went through the drive-thru. When we checked our order before leaving the parking lot the small order of fries we ordered were cold and stale. I drove back around in the parking lot to the Chick-fil-A to return the fries, and the person at the register had to go ask the manager what to do in this simple situation. The manager whose name was Juan was curt and unconcerned. He came to the register and instead of SIMPLY offering to replace the fries, that I had brought back or give me a refund, he challenged my complaint and proceeded to say that my order was taken 14 minutes ago. Mind you, I had to wait in the drive thru line after placing the order to get up to the window to receive the order. I've never been treated so poorly at a fast food restaurant (particularly Chick-fil-A, which used to have good service).
