You just gave me a very good reason to stick to church’s chicken!!!! First time I went, FAILED!!! You email me twice asking for my personal information… for what???? I was craving the famous bowl, so I decided for a second chance… REGRETTING IT!!!!
First, cashier didn’t know how to ring it up without the cookie, went to manager and she said they only have it with the cookie, hiding by the DT area. Somehow cashier was able to find it in the POS. I also ordered chicken, can you please tell me why you offered extra crispy chicken just to give us the most soggy chicken ever!!!!!!!!!! The famous bowl was such a joke as well!!!! Haven’t you train your people how to actually cook/prep the food. Mashed potato so water, don’t they know it had to rest after mixing it with hot water, gravy water as heck too!!! Employees would just walk past me when I went to ask for something. Trash can full, drink station dirty!!! With all the employees on the floor and not being busy the restaurant should’ve been super clean. Worst way of wasting labor!!!! Read moreI've only been here twice. However, I won't be returning. The first time, I was met by a smart-alek with my mobile order about my name. "So what's that G for? It doesn't stand for nothing?". The employee asked for my name, and I responded with my first name, to which he pointed at the "G" initial on the receipt and responded with that remark as he handed me my bag and closed the window on my confused face. Like, chill, my guy, I didn't know I had to provide my full government name for my chicken. The fries were good, and the chicken was soggy as all hell. It went in the trash. I figured it was a bad shift, so I went back a day later to get my fried chicken craving. Again, mobile order. I show up, they ask for my name, and I give my whole government name just in case. They asked me to pull to the front to wait for my order. I waited while I was on a call. I finished a whole consultation regarding the naturalization of legal resident aliens under special situations regarding U.S.-based companies sponsoring employees who are from other countries. This should be a negative star experience. But this option is not available. My bad experience started off by not having white meat available. Or extra crispy. I asked how long it would take for original white meat. Was told 20 minutes. I said I'd wait. Once I pulled forward I asked how do they not have white meat. Drive thru employee stated that it's a popular item that sells fast. So if that the case, do what's is on demand. I was NEVER given a receipt. Waiting 20 minutes & walked in. My order was found & was asked for a receipt. How can I provide a receipt if one wasn't given. Asked to speak to management & all of sudden my food was found. I ordered 12 pc with 3 side. 2 mac & cheese & 1 mash potatoes with NO gravy. I ordered a large fries & got less than half full.
