I go all the time and have the rewards app and usually everyone is nice and I have never had an issue till today. I went early today at 1:00 pm (12/4) through the drive thru and was the first car there. Someone greeted me and they began taking my order, I asked if the strawberry passion tea was made caffeine free as it was written on the menu board outside. I was cut off from ordering and the person attending me began taking the car in the others lanes order. I was patient as I know what it’s like to be a food worker, she took THREE cars order from the other lane while I was waiting there. I repeated excuse me at the speaker, but received no answer, so I decided to move up to the window. As I reached the window I was not greeted and was just given a total. I explained I had began ordering at the speaker and then was cut off, so my order was not completed. The girl at the window looked bothered and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her. She asked me to give her a minute and had me wait at the window longer. She began taking my order again and I asked her AGAIN, “Is it possible to make the Strawberry Passion Tea caffeine free?” She replied with a tone that NONE of the teas were caffeine free only the Ryan Palmer. I explained that on the menu board it had “Strawberry Passion (Caffeine Free)” written on the board and she interrupted me and said, “Oh. Well I don’t know, but we don’t make caffeine free.” Mind you with a TONEEE! If that is so, why is it advertised on the menu board. It’s misleading and people who are not allowed to have caffeine due to health reasons, may not be well informed! It’s fine if there were no caffeine options, just don’t have it advertised on the menu. 2. Train your staff not to be rude, be patient, and well informed about the product you offer. I would NOT have been as upset if I was politely told there were no caffeine options and properly explained why it’s on the menu, but the worker had to repeatedly interrupt me and have a nasty tone with me. . . I just wanted my tea!! I did not catch her name, but she had a nose piercing and dark hair. Please DO...
Read moreThis is probably the worst HTeaOI’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot in Texas. All the workers are rude, including one of the female owners. They always act like it’s a bother to make a gallon of tea since their fridge is always empty, and they never have any Unsweetened gallons in the fridge. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of the green sugar packets. Everytime I go in and ask the employees, they tell me they don’t know when they’ll get any in. The stations are always messy, and the young kids who work there are always standing around on their phone or using profanity when speaking. Now that they have the tipping option on their iPads, they get an attitude if you don’t tip. I’m not sure what I’m tipping for if I literally made my own drink!! And they don’t ever ask for the phone number so we can earn our rewards. I don’t know how much longer this location will stay in business when it’s being ran in this manner. Midland/Odessa’s HTeaO definitely holds to a...
Read moreI hate leaving a 1 star, but I was very annoyed at the cashier. The store had a good amount of customers and she was chatting away with a gentleman on the side who was a guest. As we were trying to check out she continued to ignore us as we stood there and after about a minute or so started to ring us up. As she continued to ignore and chat with the gentleman she told us our total and due to her not focused did not notice the other items behind our teas and as I told her did you ring this up? She realized she didn’t. After I paid I was waiting on her to tell me have a nice day or indication payment went through and she almost seemed annoyed that I was still standing there. Rudely asked me if I wanted receipt. I tried looking at a name tag to get her name but I didn’t notice one. We went in at about 4:30 pm on 1/18/25 and she was wearing a hot pink shirt. As we left she still ignored other people as she continued to chat...
