You can’t expect perfection from a company, but you can expect greatness. This location has failed to deliver greatness today.
I had placed an order around 4:05 PM, with a guaranteed carry out pick up for 4:20 PM. I arrive, and an older man gives me a look and says they’re working on my order. Pizzas are not in the ready warmer.
Four people who have made previous orders, get ahead of me and get their orders before I do. Then the place gets busy, because people are picking up orders.
A young lady decides to look into my order, thinking that she will help me. She told me a couple of minutes. A couple minutes turned into 12 minutes.
I asked for a supervisor, and the young lady said, as you can see, we are busy. Funny that she tells me when she partially doesn’t know that I’ve been waiting for 25+ minutes. A supervisor comes, inspects the order, and tells me that one of the pizzas was delayed. So an extra 8+ minutes was added to get the final pizza done. I wasn’t told this until the supervisor told me. She offers me a 2 L soda as compensation.
Although what the supervisor did was right, I’m disappointed by the first two representative I talked to. They were not empathetic enough, and now I see why I don’t frequent this place or any other Pizza Hut location. As a big corporation, somebody is bound to get left behind, and today it had to be me. It was all because they mixed up in order and missed one of my pizzas. I was patient enough to wait, but the two representatives before the supervisor were apparently unfriendly and not courteous, insinuating that I was not empathetic because of the busy hour.
Pizzas were OK, they were well-made. So sad that two people have to leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I hope it doesn’t happen to...
Read moreI don’t want to bash you guys. But honestly speaking new management is needed someone with a stronger understanding of how to run a business and manage employees. If the head is weak the body WILL FAIL. After the app offered me so many of there offers not associated with Pizza Hut. I had a 2 hour wait after ordering our 2 large pizzas one being an all meat another being pepperoni, upon waiting for the app to inform me that our order was ready. I drove to the store to pick up after arriving many employees seeing that I’m at the drive up window had no regard that I was waiting. I was then approached after sitting there for 20 minutes to give my name and the employee came back with a receipt and that’s all. After stating on the APP MY ORDER WAS READY at “730 pm ” the employee states “it’s not ready yet” after an hour wait at the DRIVE UP WINDOW and after seeing so many people come out the store. I finally get out to go inside just to be even more disappointed seeing that the “manager” statement was “we are backed up”. 830pm 850pm comes and my pizzas are ready but there’s 3 boxes? When handed to wrong order the employee states oh we don’t have any large pizzas. Ok no problem boxes are hot and ready it’s been a long wait I’ll take it, it’s what I ordered just smaller. I get home 900pm my kids are hungry we sit to eat and the pizzas are bricks. That tells me that they have been SITTING IN THE WARMER for a while.
Bottom line start at the HEAD and the weak body will grow in the direction of the leader and the part that don’t want to grow CAN GO.

Read moreThey need to get it together. Called in an order because neither their website nor app work properly. The person on the phone was speaking to coworkers and swearing. Additionally they had no idea how to enter the order and had to keep asking for help. I also didn’t want my order ready immediately (ordered at 5pm), rather wanted it ready for pickup at 5:45pm. I clearly stated this to the worker. I pull up to the store at 5:45pm and enter the store. They were busy and it took a few minutes for cashier to assist me, which is reasonable. But when I gave my name, they couldn’t find my order. Took a few minutes and then asked other employees but they didn’t have the ordered in the queue. They asked for my phone number and I gave it. Then they print an order ticket and take it to the back. Come back and tell me that they’re behind on orders because they’re busy and that’s why there’s a delay. I didn’t believe it. After they helped another customer I asked them if they are just now starting my order and they confirm yes, because it was a future order…so they change their story and just now starting my order at 5:50. That makes no sense. I’d wager the majority of people who order a pizza and give a time always give the pickup time not the order start time. I tell them to cancel my order and walk out.
