I recently visited Lins Express Asian Cuisine and was genuinely impressed by the food and service. We ordered the Magnolia’s beef, egg drop soup, and lemon chicken, and everything exceeded our expectations. The Magnolia’s beef was incredibly flavorful—tender slices of beef cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Each bite was full of flavor and paired really well with the steamed rice. The egg drop soup was light and comforting. It had a rich, savory base and the egg ribbons were silky and perfectly cooked. It was the ideal starter and really set the tone for the rest of the meal. The lemon chicken was one of the highlights. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the lemon sauce was bright and tangy without being overpowering. It struck a great balance between sweet and citrusy, making it very refreshing. On top of the great food, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, Lins Express Asian Cuisine is a great spot for anyone craving delicious and fresh Asian food. Highly recommended!

Lin's Express was awwmazing. That's a contraction for awesome and amazing. I moved in the area about a little less than a year ago, and yes I will be truthful and honest as always. I passed by this restaurant, judging it strictly on the passed reviews others had left. Well, I don't really care for Panda express, as that's just not Chinese food. Don't hate me please, every one is entitled to their own opinion. So, I went by Lin's and I was very impressed. Why I had waited to try it out for myself for almost a year, is beyond me. I will be back for seconds and then some. I forgot my server's name, but she was super kind and sweet and had amazing customer service skills as I was reading my Bible as I do everyday, and we carried on a nice conversation about the good book. Leaving a great impression and the food was fast, and cooked yo perfection. Kudos to the chefs. God bless you all at Lin's and trust that I'll be back soon. Thank you, and thank you to all who take the time to read my reviews.

Lin's express used to be my favorite place for Chinese food on the northwest side. The food is always really good, and they offer a wide variety, and this still holds true, which is the main reason I still gave two stars. However, I am rather disappointed by recent changes the business has made. First, several months back they increased prices by about four dollars per meal. It was still worth it because of the impressive quantity of food. That is of course until the most recent changes of removing the appetizers they used to include AND simultaneously drastically reducing the size of the to go containers. While I used to get two or three meals out of one order, with these changes there was only enough for one meal... first world problems, I know. Lol. I understand inflation is rough. I really do, but either raise prices OR change the food quantity. The value simply is not longer present at Lin's.

Per the two female staff members, the website must of messed up because I put my order in for 6:50pm to pick up on my way home, at this time it was around 3:15, at about 3:25 I received a text message stating that my order was ready for pickup. I then called the restaurant to let them know that I ordered online, paid already and had confirmation for my 6:50pm pick up for my order. The girl then said “well the order is ready now so come get it now, or you can pick up your cold food later” I replied are you being serious right now? I just told you I paid for a later pick up time due to being at work. She then said it’s not her fault the website messed up and isn’t showing a later pickup time. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there are no managers there, just her and the other girl that originally answered then passed the phone to her. I was appalled and dissatisfied. They never apologized for their mess up, tried to work with me or even offered to re-do my order for the original time I requested. It was only “come get your food now or pick up your cold food later” ... it’s ridiculous to say such a thing. Is this how they’re representing their restaurant and their food? Who wants cold Chinese food to heat up after a long day of work when I did everything I was supposed to do on my side. Both of those two girls were rude as hell and very unprofessional. I also asked for a refund and they refused that as well. I hope the manager sees this so he is aware and can know that this is the type of customer service that has been given to a loyal customer for years. Get it together Lin’s Express. This is...

Very disappointed with my experience since we frequently eat at this location. My family ordered dinner via Uber eats on a Friday night. Orange chicken and crab rangoons were stale, the shrimp dish was soupy and lo mein was dry. The only thing edible was the white rice and egg roll. I contacted the restaurant the day after regarding the quality of our meal and was asked to call back when the manager was in. I called back the next day and Isabella said she was busy and asked me to call back the next day which I did. Finally on Monday I was able to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for our meal as we were only able to eat white rice and egg rolls for dinner. She apologized and offered 30% off our next meal and offered 50% refund which I accepted. She informed me she would contact Uber eats to process this refund and if I had any questions to contact Uber eats going forward. After 10 days, I still had not received a refund so I contacted Uber eats. They had no record of their call and unfortunately was unable to assist due to the time frame that had passed and asked me to contact the restaurant. I once again reached out to Isabella to inform her of what Uber eats had said. She pulled my order up and refunded only $17 of my $46 order (not 50% as we discussed) and said it wasn’t her responsibility to refund the difference from Uber eats even though Uber eats told me to contact her for my refund. Overall I’m just very disappointed in how this situation was handled and from the looks of other reviewers this place is going down hill due to food quality so I will not...

While I’ve enjoyed Lin’s multiple times in the past- I dined in today 4/4/2024 and the food had an offensive amount of garlic oil. I am someone who loves garlic and I’ll even chop extra garlic cloves- more than what any recipe calls for- but this was way too much. As soon as it was sat on the table, a strong pungent, unpleasant odor hit my nose but I chose to not complain, to avoid giving the girl who helped me a hard time. I ate one bite of my lo mein and WOW. Ya’ll, my eyes burn. Seriously. Nothing but garlic. Again, I love garlic but this was unpleasant. I couldn’t even eat the full plate because it was just too much. My lips smell like funky garlic. My tongue is sore from the excessive garlic. This is unacceptable. I was aware that Lin’s Express used garlic oil as I’ve eaten there multiple times in the past but this was so bad that I won’t return after today. I feel like throwing up because the smell is still lingering. I brought my leftovers home and it literally took 2 minutes for the entire kitchen to rink like pungent garlic. Usually garlic is pleasant but not this. 3 hours after the meal and the inside of my nose is burning from all of the garlic oil. Never had this happen before.

The crab Rangoon was sweet rather than savory- making it unenjoyable for me. And the spring rolls were mushy inside and also had too much garlic oil.

Whoever was in the kitchen today messed up big time....
