Kept seeing the ads on TV for the bacon wrapped deep deep dish pizza and figured I'd give it a try. Since this is probably not one that would be considered a "Hot and Ready" (which is never hot and ready at any given time) and so that I could have a fresh pizza that was not just sitting in their heater, I decided to call in my orders. I called and let the phone ring and ring...and ring. Finally got a recording to enter my security number. I guess that's for the employees to check their voice mail or something. I figured their phones were busy, so I waited a little and tried calling again. Same thing. I ended up calling about four times and could not get anyone to answer the phone.
Finally I decided to drive to the location and order in person. I went inside to dead silence. No phones ringing, no one helping customers (in fact there were no customers), no one making pizzas, and no employees anywhere. I looked into the kitchen from the right side of the counter, then from the left side, and saw that there was no one that I could see. I even called out, "Hello!" but still no one. Right when I was about to walk out, two employees walked out of the walk-in fridge (or freezer). I called out again and one finally noticed me. He came to the front and I kind of joked, "so there is someone here." I let him know that I had been calling and calling with no answer. His response? "We're busy." Mind you, there were no customers, and no orders being prepared and the whole time I was there, the phone did not ring once.
So I let him know that I wanted to order the bacon wrapped deep deep dish pizza. He just looked at me and said, "We don't have any." I asked if they were not available at this location, and he just said, "We sold out." Both times that he answered, his responses were short and rude-like. By this time, I was done with this location and walked out.
I don't know of any business that does not answer their phones. Even if they are busy, they will answer and ask you to hold. Reading other reviews, it seems that many of the reviews state the same thing, you can't...
Read moreHere's a good one for you. I went to a kids birthday party last summer (2018) and all of the kids and parents were waiting for the dad of the kid having the party to get back with the Little Caesar's pizza order. About an hour later than expected he shows up and is livid. He told of how he placed his order well in advance bc it was going to be a large order and how when he showed up they hadn't even started on it and then when they did, they messed part of it up.
Fast forward to today (Spring 2019) and my first time ordering for myself. The online order experience was excellent and it gave me an exact time to get there for pickup, 6:09pm. I pull up to a packed lobby and they Pizza Portal in the store isn't even working as they are so far behind as told to me by a guy waiting. I ask the cashier about my order and he says ... wait for it... "They haven't started on it as they are behind". I then ask how long until it's ready and he says... wait for it... "30 to 40 minutes".
Let that set in for a minute.....
I went back to my truck and proceeded to wait with my kids and as I was walking out, another guy waiting was shocked and asked to confirm that he heard the cashier right as well when he gave me the wait time, to which he said "AND you ordered online???" Yep, that's exactly how it went and had I not already paid for the food I would have left and gone elsewhere.
Ownership/Management needs to address this issue bc this is a PRIME location and the reviews are flooded with the same kinds of repetitive stories that obviously come from how the location is run as it seems to be the only bottleneck in the process.
I sat in my truck and saw countless people walk in and right back out as I suspect they didn't stick around for an absurd wait. This location is literally okay with having money WALK OUT THE DOOR! Please fix...
Read moreI ordered online before 6PM tonight.... my kids were hungry and I was excited to use the ordering app, we place our order. The order was simple some cheese sticks and an ExtraMostBest Cheese pizza. The app tells me that the pizza will be ready at 6:24. I think to myself that this is off, but I drive to the Little C’s with a planned arrival at 6:30. When I show up there is a crowd standing next to the cash register. I walk in, put my code in at the locker, and it tells me the code is not valid. I was starting to become concerned, when I look past the counter and it appears that there is one person working the entire location. I take a step back, and I call out to the only person working the location. She ignores me.... I random other employee appears out of thin air 3 minutes later. He asks if he can help me. I tell him I have placed an order online.... his response, “oh yeah, don’t know ‘bout dat. Just started. Lemme grab your ticket.... oh yeah it will be done in 30 minutes.” I got sit in my car. I wait 45 minutes because I see the crowd inside grow. My kids and I are hungry so I walk back in. There are 3 people working now, all under the age of 18 and the first person I saw working there greets me. I explain that I am looking for my order, and the response is, “well we will start on it soon.” I am floored at this point.... more than an hour and a half for a Little Caesars pizza!!!! I with frustration ask what they can do about the long wait.... Her response, “you want a refunn?” I replied, “well you of course I do,” thinking that there would be some type of customer service.... the final response was, “here you go sir, you will be refunded in 5 days.” THIS IS NOT HOW A COMPANY SHOULD...
