Make sure you ask for a receipt when you pay and check it ! I was told when I ordered that my total was $36.98, I get to the window at the drive-thru, passed me phone to my cousin who was in the driver seat to use Apple Pay, asked for a receipt and see that the employee Alexa helped herself to a 20% tip, I asked if they automatically add a tip to the total and was told “ No, we leave that up to our customers “ . I reply that’s funny because I see you charged my card $44.38 when I was told the total $36.98! Now I don’t mind giving a tip but I do not appreciate someone helping themselves to one, that’s deceitful and dishonest period ! I ask for a manager, was told they’re not there, ask for a managers name, was told they’re not allowed to give out the managers name lol 😂 , asked if the manager will be in today, was told yes, was asked what time, was told they don’t know the manager can just pop up at the last min 😂 HILARIOUS!! I was however told I could be refunded and to write down my name and number and they will have the manager follow up with me lmfao, still haven’t heard from them! The best part to all of this is that Alexa proceeded to say “ the register or card machine added the tip on its own, I printed the receipt and it did it on its own lmfao 🤣!! I’m a daily regular at this location. The management Tim would provide excellent customer service. Today I’m very disappointed with the staff. I ordered my usual a 32 vegan spinach pineapple. The young lady Eveny tried to give me a smoothie and I said that not the correct smoothie. She says yes ma’am this is spinach pineapple. Then a manager came to the window telling me that’s how it comes. I explained to the manager it’s supposed to be green she says I went my the ingredients and that’s how it comes. Then I said well that’s not it then Eveny stated we can add more spinach for .99 cents. I asked the young lady why would I pay for extra spinach when there is none in this smoothie. They manager made me another smoothie and it tasted so horrible. I basically just gave smoothie king $9.41. Your suppose to taste the spinach and pineapple not chunks of ice it was bland. Went through the drive thru with my wife as we had decided to get out the house. Our first stop, that lasted at least 30 min in the drive thru. We placed our order, I had the lean 1 mango pineapple and she had the metabolism mango ginger. I had no idea that my lean 1 would end up tasting like straight cake batter, nasty!!!! I've had that drink before and it was not like I had thought of. The metabolism ginger, supposed to be green, the ladies at the window were confused when I told them that this drink should be green and not off yellow. After I told them both drinks were wrong, they re did our order. The drinks never made it to our stomachs, we drove around looking for a trash can(found one next to Little Ceasars) and tossed them both in there. Never had i had such a terrible experience at Smoothie King until yesterday(9/13/2020) if I were to say what drink compares to how 2020 is going, it would be the entire order from this establishment....
