THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! My most recent experience here was unbelievably horrible. I ordered two pizzas at the drive-thru, and was told I would be a 20 minute wait, which unfortunately is no big deal since they never have hot n ready pizzas anyway. When I pulled back up the pickup my pizzas the young lady told me it would be more time Iād have to wait, so I told her I wanted my money back since Iād waited long enough. Instead of saying ok she just continued to let me know that it was in the oven, āitās almost outā, āare you sure you want a refundā. It was so uncomfortable having to go back, and forth with someone over a refund. So, she finally gets the manager and the manager gave me my receipt for the refund. As Iām driving away, I realized she didnāt refund me, she refunded someone else!! So because of the huge line of cars already at the window, I parked and headed inside the store. That was about another 15 minute wait. Finally, I get to the counter and I tell the young lady that was going back and forth with me at the drive-thru, that they refunded someone else. She gets a confused look, and heads to the back of the store for a few minutes, and comes back just to say, āThe manager is busy making pizzas can you step to the side until sheās doneā mind you this store is getting more, and more full; if I wait for them to be done making pizzas Iām gonna be there until they close. So, I tell her ā No, this was her mistake, she needs to come up here, and give me my refundā Long story short, I waited 10 more minutes until the short manager young lady comes back to the front, and looks at me like Iām at fault, and hands me the receipt and says, āHereā. After all my time was wasted because of them, and she didnāt have the common courtesy to at least apologize. Then I realize they never asked me my name when I came back up to the drive thru initially, they just assumed my name and told me there would be a longer wait and thatās why they refunded someone else. My pizza was probably ready but because they never thought to ask my name they wasted my time. The customer service is probably the worst Iāve seen anywhere, the manager lacks professionalism in every aspect. When going in and asking about the staus of my order, they tell me it's going to be 5 more mins for my cheese puffs. I only ordered cheese puffs, cheese pizza, stuffed crust pepperoni, and Italian cheese bread and had to wait 35-40mins. After they bring my order out I look over my order to see that the cheese pizza is dry and burnt on one side. So I asked if I could get a different pizza. The little boy at the counter goes back and tells his manager. I then hear the manager tell him I would have to wait another 10mins. He come to the front to tell me I would have to wait 10mins for a new one. I told him I will not and just to refund the pizza. He then goes and tells the manager and I can hear the manager day we'll she will have to give back the whole order if she does that. He comes to tell me what the manager said, and that is when I told him I needed to speak to the manager. He then going to ask me what I want him to do about it. I said I want you to go get him sonI can talk to him myself. When the manager Marquan B comes to the front he has a straight attitude, just because I requested to speak to him. He comes up and says, just like he told you it's going to be 10mins for a new pizza like he said, because we are backed up on orders. I told him that is crazy after I had been waiting for so long. So I said then I just want a refund on the pizza. Then he says well then I will have to take your whole oder back. I said why that doesn't make any sense. So you can't refund the order and charge me for the pizza I am taking?
Needless to say this will be my last time at this location. I was not the only one waiting on my order and you could tell I wasn't the only one irritated. They need to hire more people and teach them better customer service. Yes, these kids are young working there but there is no way my children would talk to an adult like they talked to me and would also have common sense on how to handle customer service issues. I have had a few uncomfortable interactions here however because of the price and how close it was to my home I never cared enough to share my experience(s). However after yesterday I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND ALL MY FACEBOOK GROUPS NEVER TO GO HERE!! I am very aware of all the hardships we are all facing due to the winter storms. People are still without power, and water so I was very grateful that Lil Caesarās was open during these hard times. I called at 5:52 pm to order an Italian cheesy bread and an order of Crazy bread. I was told my order wouldnāt be ready until 7:15 pm. Now I feel the young lady on the phone said this to discourage me from order all together. Regardless I still ordered because I felt the delay was due to the weather issues which are not Lil Caesarās fault. I arrived at 7:10pm and there was a very long line, I still didnāt mind only a few places are open. When I finally got to the front the lady at the counter took my payment and walked to the back. Of course I thought my food was ready she told me she apologized but no one put my food in the oven and it would be 15 more minutes. I was irritated but again stuff like this happens here all the time so I said okay and waited. My ā15 minutesā turned into an hour and thirty minutes and the staff was angry with me every time I would ask if my food was ready. I saw 6 people get my order with pizza(s) and drinks and 3 of people had just walked in and ordered. I was completely ignored and the staff was rude to me and all the people that ordered online. It seemed like the drive through and walk-ins got better service but no one got professionalism. The staff was very rude and unapologetic, if anyone asked questions or complained they would all say āDo you want a refund!!ā I can go on and on how disrespectful the staff was to all the customers please donāt waste your time or...
