The food was good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. While dining today, we witnessed a server mistreating a customer to an unacceptable degree, even resorting to yelling at the poor woman. She simply requested a "Latte," a term clearly indicated on the coffee cups. In an unnecessarily rude manner, the server insisted they only sold "cafe con leche" and not any "latte," despite the two being essentially the same, just in different languages. The situation escalated when she asked for a "golfeado" roll, apparently specifying that she wanted one from the middle of the tray, not from the edge. She remained polite throughout, but the server, a young man, started screaming at her, insisting she must take both one from the edge and one from the middle if she wanted a specific one. He even went as far as telling her (while shouting) that she wouldn't get anything and that she'd receive a refund. He continued to yell until her husband arrived and questioned the server about his treatment of his wife. It took one of the cooks to step in and apologize on behalf of the establishment. Regrettably, the young server, who can hardly be called a man, showed no remorse for his disgraceful behavior towards the customer. We had such a terrible experience that we wish we could give this establishment zero stars. We've decided we won't return, as we won't tolerate such abusive treatment.
