Chen’s Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Katy

Let me tell yall! WOW! This place is might be a small place from the outside and you might think, the food isn't good. I am picky with my house fried rice and they actually made it to perfection and was happily satisfied for whats it worth! I want to thank, May for taking my order over the phone and had my food ready whenever I got to the restaurant to pick it up! You dont know how greatly I appreciate the service that was done by May! I just tried this place out as I am having the hardest time finding good flavored Asian cuisine. And this place was a miss! I ordered the vegetable lo mein the flavor was very weird and off tasting! It lacked seasoning. So did the hunan chicken. It was listed as spicy so I was thinking spices and flavors. Not at all! Missing both. I had to trash them both. A total waste of my money. My daughter and I did like the chicken egg rolls so you can’t miss with that. But...

So disappointed, I’ve been here a few times I always get the sweet and sour chicken. I got all the way home just to see my chicken looks old and crusty. I called back and they said they would remake it, i drove all the way back. I did all that for them to drop the chicken in the grease and give me the exact same plate back.
