Mac's Sports Bar -N- Grill — Restaurant in Texas

Great My name is Michael Grillo. i Am writing this to inform all of Macs Customers of the owner of Macs Nathan. I have been going to Macs for a little over a year and loves this place. I go almost every day bar tenders are great except for a 1-2 that have a major attitude problem other then the few bad apples. I would have recommended this place to all my friends and family but on sunday there was a problem. I did bring my family into macs and they where treated very poorly by a bar tender that has a attitude problem. My family member asked for a few beers and because it was not at her liking and he did not say please we where refused service by this person. I then went to the owner and spoke to him his words where that he does not give a fk. I was also told he does not need us and that if we left it wouldn't hurt him at all. i then went back over where i was sitting at the bar and closed out. the bar tender came over to me and cursed at us because the owner went and told her every thing that was said and he allowed this. My Family again said something about what she said and again we where told in his own words he don't give a fk. The person that was spoken to like this is a owner 5 very successful restaurants in Houston and surrounding areas and they have been opened for 74 yrs. He was amazed on how the owner handled this. i would like to let every one know what type of place you are giving your money to because i like to feel like i am going to a place where they appreciate there customers. Nathan your customers are your most valuable asset because with out us there is no macs and you are nothing remember this. Oh and one more thing my wife was a bar tender there but i don't want here working in a place that doesn't care about his employees or customers. So before you decide to spend your money here think twice. Bars are a dime a dozen there are 4-8 within a few miles and I'm sure they would appreciate...

Went here this past Monday to watch the Cowboys game and also saw they had a great deal on burgers on Monday. This was the first time I have been here so upon arriving I was a little surprised how strong the cigarette smoke smell was. I had not been to a place that allowed smoking inside in a long time and it was just unexpected. However, that was pretty much the only negative thing in my opinion (obviously if your a smoker that could be a positive). The place was pretty empty and the waitress we had was friendly and attentive. The food prices were good and I have to admit the burger special was great. They had a nice big screen TV showing the cowboys game. So once I got use to the smell I had a great time watching the game on the big screen, and even playing a game of darts. The draft beer pitcher prices were reasonable and I will most likely come back here in the future and just sit outside when its not so cold. They also have electronic dart boards, shuffleboard, pool table etc.. O and those little buzz time trivia tablet things (Believe that is what they are called) which is kinda neat. If you don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke and everyone is over the age of 21 this place is worth...

1 thing felt clear. My wife and I were not welcome. Guy at the bar was nice- I asked for miller draft & brought me a bottle. Didn’t bother me much. Wife got a margarita. But they don’t make drinks with any kid of recipe. So of course it tasted like crap. Expensive drink that your not able to drink. I appreciate a strong drink but that’s now how it’s done.

Years ago I used to love coming here for some awesome food. So when we went out side to get a table to order food. Our waitress definitely made it clear how she felt about us being there. She gave great service to the other tables out side but when it came to coming over to us. It was alllll over her face. I don’t expect anyone to act any kind of way- overly nice just because your in service industry. But the disrespect was all over her face. Seriously y’all, come on. I expected better.

So now I’m at bomb shells drinking my draft beer.. my wife has her margarita that has flavor & we are excited to order appetizers & dinner since we have gotten good service here before.

I’d like to come back and try the food again. But just the food. have to come alone since the wife has said she will...
