I had a bad experience with Marco’s Pizza. I do have a gluten allergy/wheat allergy. First off, I ordered the cauliflower crust. I do not believe that they gave me the right crust. It did not taste anything like the cauliflower crust that I got before from this location and others. I was so disappointed. I ordered two cauliflower pizzas; both of them barely had any sauce on them. One pizza did not have the double pepperoni that I paid for. I ordered a garlic cup with my order. They didn't even bother to tell me they didn't have it in stock or to substitute any other sauce for it. Basically, I got ripped off. I did call the store about the pepperoni pizza not being double meat and the garlic cup. I had to threaten to be a bad review online to get the rudest manager to replace my pizza. He had the nerve to say that he watched him make the pizza. Obviously, he was lying, as you can see by the picture, that the pizza did not have double pepperoni. But after that, they all said he was going to give me a new pizza. I had to drive up there or give him a certain time when I was coming back. Why can’t you just credit me for it? Anyway, I didn’t go back up there the next day to get it. Because I felt as a customer, why should I go back up there? I would rather not waste my time with a company that lacks professionalism, as they seem to have no concern for their customers other than replacing my pizza. After hanging up, that’s when I realized that the pizzas didn't have hardly any sauce on them. I’m just done with this Marco’s Pizza, especially this location. Service so bad and Manager...
Read moreMarco’s Pizza? Never. Again. I called to order a small Philly pizza, and the guy, acting like he was doing me the favor of a lifetime goes, “I’ll give you a medium for the same price!” I thought, wow, what a legend! Spoiler alert: he wasn’t.
I get home, open the box, and I swear… it looked like this pizza had been left behind in the apocalypse. Cold. Dry. Cheese hardened into a sad crusty layer that was literally peeling off. It wasn’t even lukewarm—it was like they handed me yesterday’s reject. It was only a Philly in name. Just bread, dry meat, and regret.
Naturally, I called back thinking they’d want to fix this disaster. Nope. The guy answers, and from the second I start talking, he’s cutting me off, talking over me like I was wasting his precious time. No apology, no solution, just pure attitude. Honestly, it felt like complaining to a brick wall, except the wall might’ve been more polite. It was the worst customer service ever. At this point I requested a refund. He is yet to apologize. There was no offer to fix it or anything. Bottom line: promised me a medium, gave me a cold, incomplete mess, and topped it off with the worst customer service ever. The only thing Marco’s served fresh tonight was disrespect. Never ordering from this joke of a...
Read moreTook 20 minutes longer than promised time to receive delivery. First call at 15 minutes past and I was told there was only one driver. Pizza arrived cold and sloppy. I ordered a cauliflower crust and received a regular thin crust. The cinnamon squares came without a lid. I contacted the manager "Mike" stated they've been watching the driver hinting at questionable work related concerns. He asked if I wanted the remake I said no. At this point I don't trust the delivery. He said he could credit and remake it another. I opted for a Saturday pick up. Call is complete. Five minutes later I get a call back asking if I could bring the food in with me on Saturday. I said no, I'm not holding food for 2 days. I said what you can do is send your driver back and bring my money, in which he replied is the food intact! Are you serious? Never again. This is a sign to stop giving my hard earned money to people who don't...
