Villa Springs — Local services in Spring

Please move to this complex if you enjoy roaches in your home, homeless people helping themselves to your personal items, or better yet the office manager, Tina, laughing in your face because you are furious at the fact that you even have to deal with these things!!!

Where do I begin on this horror story? I have never had my boundaries, personal items, and character as a whole disrespected in such a way.

Within 4 months of living at VILLA SPRINGS someone jumped my balcony and broke into my apt (Jan), I filed a police report and waited for the apartment to “fix” the broken door. 1 month later I return to a place that I am suppose to be able to call home, Where maintenance placed a WOODEN CLOSET DOOR over my glass door to “secure my home”, Claiming that there is no way to get in the home with the wooden door on the outside. Remind you, This ultimately left glass falling inside my apartment anytime that I would even walk by the door. (I had a 4 month old baby at this time). I overlooked the door issue until one night (In May) I open my garage and notice a homeless person living in my garage. When I brought the matter to the leasing office they said they would handle it and I noticed the same mattress type thing in the garage right next to mine the next morning. Completely overwhelmed I moved and took most of my things out of the apartment but left small items because my lease did not end for another 4 months and of course they would not let me out of my lease…. I would check the apartment periodically, during the day time, to ensure it was still in tact. On the day that I was set to return my keys I go to do a final walk through. The apartment has been in the same condition I have left it in for months but on this particular day, As I am approaching the door I notice the window is broken and the door is wide open. A stray dog approached me, DISGUSTING! I go to the office and the manager immediately laughs in my face. I did yet another police report and heard Tina, The office manager advise the sheriff “that may be __ that always get into people houses” Excuse me?? Ok so this is a common and known offense…. I left my keys and thought that I left this trauma story behind me only to begin receiving debt calls saying that I owe this complex money for a week late move out notice! The complex never contacted me or returned any calls after many attempts to get the situation figured out, As usual… So yes, Move here if you want a...

I wish we had a mixture of race, in office and apartments, both for equality and unity to make these apartments better and show nondiscrimination. My kids love their school's and have been stable for many years of residing here, there's been a few great💕managers but they transfer them fast . Mrs.Tina is loving she comes through she's been there for me so many times Courtney is a 🧁 cupcake, the secretary is a sweetie the lady porter 🦾 has worked miracles with putting the trash somewhere because it won't fit she has to walk all the excessive trash to another dumpster she deserves a raise..❤️ as well but w/ so much moving they can't ever get to know the issues that persisted for as long as they have. . Make readys get everything remodeled, I have six years seen people come and go with the new washers they put in the units mine is still here but broken for months the apartments closed theirs a years ago, cigarette smoke stinks up my towel under the restroom cabinet and pours in from down stairs under my kitchen cabinet as well it stinks there's five people that smoke down there . It's not good for asthma. The cabinet and drawers are coming loose since day one when I moved in you can see where they was glued together the wood falls off every time we close the drawer. Mrs. Courtney got some contractors to resurface the tubs they did a great job. I've reported mold and several major issues for years, finally the new management helped me get it fixed. I asked to be relocated to another apartment due to my disability waiting on the end results and praying something good comes along after seeing friends be relocated to another unit just to move is good hopefully I'm coming up next.. I just need help, fixing some issues in this apartment. If they put another dumpster in the empty spot , speed bumps, they put in great lighting at night and it's comforting, but the gates need to be fixed we had a police chase the other night @2am they come in one way and out another. My neighbor's handicapped tag was stolen & window busted. They came to mine next. But saw my camera. These APARTMENTS was awesome, hopefully praying...

I tried last year to get an apartment I had issues with the background well I disputed and won. Thinking the office had my paperwork but some how I ended up moving somewhere else cause I kept getting the run around. I will say the management was changing over too during that time but the lady Carla/ Carmen I can’t remember her name was very discouraging then too.

Well a year later I reapplied and the same lady Carla or Carmen I still can’t remember her name was again discouraging, rude and act as if she owned the complex! I ended up crying talking to this lady she is absolutely mean!

My daughter end up talking with the manager Rebecca oh my God total difference! I came to the office was greeted by Chelsea talking about caring and a ppl person!? She Rock!!! She and Rebecca treated me like I walked into my new home! I felt like family where as before Carla/Carmen treated me like trash! Again I literally cried because of the attentiveness, thoughtfulness and care they both expressed in helping me get the paperwork and process rolling! Unlike Carla/Carmen whatever here name is if you ever call the office politely ask for someone else cause she even told me to wait 3 weeks before doing my application! I’ve never heard such thing from any apartment complex trying to fill a unit!

Ms. Rebecca and Chelsea thank you so much! You two are definitely heaven sent! You do not need no one else in the office especially Carla/Carmen cause if she treated and talked reckless to me how many others she’s done like this!
