I've ordered from here a few times. One time I gave the girl who delivered the whole order back. I didn't even want it. Or want it redone. Second time it was a more simple mistake. They gave me two pastas instead of the cheesy bread. This time around my order was just messed up. I ordered an Hawaiian Chicken Pizza add jalapeño, some bone out spicy garlic wings and chicken alfredo upgraded which includes cheesy bread. Well the Hawaiian pizza wasn't so Hawaiian without the jalapeños. And they gave me bread sticks which one looked like it was broke to be eaten but they got an order so decided to use them instead. Well I sent the order back with the driver. Ordered at 6:29pm I called them to inform them. The female who answered seem to be oblivious as if age has no knowledge on how to recall a previous order and said she didn't see the order and inquired on how the driver looked as if they ever have more than one working at a time anyway. Well after I described him she said when he returned she would have the manager contact me. That never happened and pizza hut isn't even 10 mins from my location. I called back and they hung up in my face a few times not one, two, or three. So I called as if I wanted to place an order. She answered, I expressed my concern and told her I would like to speak to a manager. Well she routed my call and of course it was hung up again. I called a few more times a s they kept hanging up at 7:45 I get a knock on my door, it was the driver he's always real polite and as helpful as he can be well I checked my order everything was on it and there but pizza clearly was put it without pineapples or jalapeños on it. It was just placed on it after it came out the oven. They sent he old pasta and old wings back and this time cheesy bread. This location has horriblehorrible customer service. Clearly no one cares because as I read the negative reviews I notice they aren't replied too. However the 2% of positive ones are. Which it doesn't take.a rocket scientist to realize they're employees. This place never has to worry about me spending almost $50 an order for only me ever again. I'll place it at another location and do carry out. Since we don't deserve at least half decent service, they definitely don't deserve anyone's hard working money. August 8th, my Birthday, I ordered pizza, wings, chicken fettucini alfredo ( was told breadsticks come with fettucini). When my order arrived (close to closing time), no breadsticks. The driver went back for them. After he left, I realized I was also given meatball marinara pasta. I called driver to let him know. He brought it all. I added a $16.00 tip on my debit card because he went above and beyond. Breadsticks were burnt. The Manager called to verify the tip and double charged my card eventhough the order had been paid by phone at ordering time. Store closed when I called back. Had to call the driver to let him know. August 9th. I called to speak with the Manager. He told me that the system Automatically double charges cards when you add a tip ( never happened before) because it is a new system. Lastnight, I placed my order at 8:30ish. I paid by card. After I finished payment, the young lady tells me my order will be ready in 200 minutes. I recieved order at 11pm. No reciept left with me. Asked for extra cheese (pizza had very little cheese. I could see the dry sauce), Breadsticks had no seasoning on them (just bread), instead of the brownies I ordered, I received the chocolate chip cookie and pizza was cold ( the store is on the corner by my apartment complex). Store was closed when I called back. Today, I called to let them know about my disappointment. The young lady said they ran out of the brownies, understandable. The Manager said I needed to bring the reciept to get another pizza. I told them that I needed delivery. The young lady said it will be here in 3-4 hours. I cannot understand why this Pizza Hut location refuses to comprehend just how hard people work. I always spend more than $40.00 and I love to tip. Read moreJust had the most indecent and disrespectful conversation ever with whatever was suppose to be a manager. They took forever to deliver my food and then gave me the wrong wings. The first time I called, I had to speak to a call center representative about the long delivery time and was told that the manager explained it was a mistake and they were loading my food up at that exact time. I'm only 5 minutes away (which is why I was initially confused on waiting over an hour to get my food) and so when they finally do bring my food, the pizza is COLD and dried up and the wings are barely hot. Not to mention, they gave me the WRONG FLAVOR WINGS! I called back a second time and, again, had to go through a call center. The manager was only willing to give me a $20 credit towards my next purchase and deliver the RIGHT wings but initially refused to remake my pizza! He had his minions doing all the talking so I asked to speak to him directly. When I finally get him on the phone, he has an attitude and instead of trying to fix the issue, he proceeds to tell me that since I never spoke with him directly, all that other stuff I was told was not what he said. Seriously?!?! So when I asked him why he couldn't remake my food, all of a sudden he wants to say he never said that. So I asked him to remake it and can I pick it up, to which he told me yeah and bye basically before hanging up the phone. This is the worst service I've ever had and their food isn't all that good to begin with, so they really have no room for errors when it comes to customer service. I will never order here again or even pizza hut in general. Whoever he is really needs to be fired and whoever else is incompetent to do their jobs.
