Spanish Flowers — Restaurant in Spring

Not a good place for large groups. Called and informed restaurant ahead of time reserved a table. Had one waiter for a group of 16. Orders took forever and brought to the table in parts , food was missing. Anyone who ordered a 3 enchilada plate only got 2. Each shrimp enchilada had about 2 to 3 shrimp each in them.Grilled shrimp for fajitas was more fried than grilled almost burnt. Was there for a birthday dinner ordered a Patron margarita tree which usually comes with sparklers. Three were ordered, none of them came with sparklers lit. People that ordered early at the table got their food last , one patron with the group didn't get their food at all and waiter forgot what she even ordered. Everyone ordered around 830, the last patron with our party showed at 10 and ordered. They got their food first.. Everyone else who ordered at 830 was just getting their drinks.Only reason for the 2 stars is because the drinks were good (if u get an extra shot in them) without the extra shot some of the drinks are more like juice. Asked for a manager to request a second server for the table but we never got one. Manager eventually just came to help with the table himself since we couldnt get simple service like drinks refreshed and chips and salsa refilled. Even with manager helping things were taking forever to come. Orders were wrong, food wasn't that tasty compared to real Mexican food spots ive had. It was no point of sending food back since we didn't get the food until closing time.Then they had the nerve to only gives a $2 discount for all the trouble. Leftover to go boxes just went in the trash on...

I'VE BEEN COMING TO SPANISH FLOWER 🌺 SINCE 2022AND EVEN HAVE HAD INDOOR GATHERINGS AND JUST LOVED THEIR SERVICES AND WAITRESS AND WAITERS SO MUCH THAT I BECAME VERY CLOSE TO A YOUNG MAN NAMED (ARTURO)!! HE'S THE SWEETEST AND A GENTLEMAN THAT DEFINITELY UNDERSTANDS THE ASSIGNMENT 😆 HE WAS EVEN SANTA CLAUSE FOR THE RESTAURANT! HE'S NOW MY ONLY MALE WAITER THEN AND NOW!!!! I'VE BASICALLY ADOPTED HIM 😂..LISTEN U CAN'T PICK YOUR FAVORITE WAITRESS BECAUSE THEIR ALL SOO SWEET AND MOST DEFINITELY WILL ADAPT FOR U AT ALL COSTS AND THAT'S SO IMPORTANT 💋 THAT'S WHY I POST ON FACEBOOK,TIK TOK, INSTAGRAM AND SHOW MADDDDD LOVE TO THIS RESTAURANT ONLY ON THE NORTH FRWY THAT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW NO OTHER SPANISH FLOWER RESTAURANT DOES THE THINGS WE DO AND RECEIVE AND THAT'S WHY I GIVE BACK 🔙 HOSTING MY SISZTA/BROTHAHOOD AND TO SEE THE CUSTOMER'S JOIN IN AND ENJOY THE GREAT MUSIC 🎵 FROM THE DJ ON THA PATIO OR INSIDE MUSIC IS ALWAYS 🔥🔥 THEIR FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT FRESH AND SOO DELICIOUS 😋🤤 EVERYONE WHO SEES THE VIDEO'S WITH THE 🔥 PLATES LOOKING A 5 STAR HOTEL 😂 BUT FRFR THIS PLACE IS BE WHEN U WANNA BE COMFORTABLE BRING FRIENDS HAVE PARTIES 🎉 THEY ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE IF POSSIBLE!! My wife and I are new to the area. It is my night to choose some much needed couples interaction, so instead of my routine outing at Denny's, We went to Spanish Flowers. Very open layout for dinning: Full length open concept kitchen running the entire area of dinning; full service bar and seating area; more than a dozen well placed live TV screens and a spacious rear area for special events[50 plus seating capacity]. The management definitely found a creative way to use the space, including designated table service personnel. A little noisy, which made it difficult for Oscar our waiter to hear us after being seated( I asked to see drink menu and a Mordello beer came to my table " an Awesome tasting beer none the less"). Chips and Salsa table side. Clean booth and Menus. I ordered (3) tamales dinner plate rice and refried beans[ taste as expected very hot plates]. Iced tea was a little to sweet for my taste(next time I will ask for unsweetened option), Overall atmosphere felt relaxing without being obvious. Well attentive staff though our waitress was a little busy so we saw her 3 times during our dinning experience. I will sum it up as a venue with Great potential,Awesome Staff and a Very friendly appreciative Management. A true Diamond in the Tex Mex rough.
