Find another McDonald's!!!!! I live across the street in I don't even come here anymore, the staff are completely rude, Once the manager even greeted my young daughters and I with.. "What do you guys want." I made an order through the drive-through N Which included 3 adult meals and two mighty kids meals. they forgot my kid meals and when I returned 45 minutes later to retrieve with s receipt the female manager basically told me I was lying because she knows I had recieved it. She then began to call every single staff member on the phone right in front of me to see if they remembered me and remembered giving me my happy meals. After 15 minutes she said to me no one forgot you're happy meals, basically calling me a liar. I was astonished finally after arguing for 30 minutes she gave me a "happy meal" 4 piece chicken nugget meal with fries only, no yogurt, no toy, no drink. When I asked her about the missing items she said well I'm sure they didn't mess up your yogurt your toy or your drink, WEDIDN'T GET ANYTHING! TWO MISSING MEALS!!! I will never return especially for one reason! The biggest...when I went to leave she looked at another employee and said, very loudly, " That woman just tried to steal money from my restaurant." I immediately turned around gave her back, her sad attempt at a happy meal and paid(AGAIN) for the two mighty kids meals to bring home to my children, I didn't want her sad, trouble filled, half-assed happy meal. Don't go here unless you want to deal with rude staff and a dirty environment and their play center is basic an tiny, for instance I can stretch my arms out and touch both sides. I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to the McDonald's on 6 and 90 just because I appreciate a smile with my meal which are always hot ready to go delicious and my children love their huge clean play area. McDonalds drive thru is usually hit or miss, especially at this location. The staff can go from slightly polite to down right rude easily at this location. The fries are usually soggy and luke warm and the burgers are either fresh or stale, there never seems to be an in between. And I've gotten chicken strips twice from this location both times I was left seriously wanting, but the second time, wow, I almost chipped a tooth they were so hard. I called to inform them the next day, I wasn't trying to get more or my money back but the lady kept asking for my receipt number. I told her "I'm not trying to get more from you, just wanted to inform you that they were extremely hard and tough" her reply was "well sir whats your receipt number" and I told her, I don't have it, im not looking for a refund or replacement, just letting you know" her reply I swear I'm telling the truth. "Whats your receipt number sir? You could be working for sonic across the street" OH MY GOD!!! I just wanted to inform them about some over cooked tenders and I'm getting treated like an absolute a@@hole. Avoid this place like the plague, avoid it like you work at sonic across...

To express my experience in one word. Horrible. I ordered a Big Mac meal; we all know since we were kids that there two meat patties that should come on it. I asked to substitute the original patties for the double quarter pounder patties. And to make the meal a large. Why after I received my food while inside. I check my food and I have three breads but one meat. I didn't ask for a half veggie burger. Then the manager came and took the same burger and bread to the back. To put the correct meat on the same bread. But why not make it fresh especially with covid-19 going around. Second I mentioned that the fries already given to me was going to get cold. She wanted to refund me the money and pay for the mistake that wasn't my fault. After expressing my opinion. She left the price the same. And gave me my bag of food with the same bread but now with the correct meat. Once in the car i notice the fries were a medium and not a large. Which is what originally paid for.
