worst McDonalds everrrr! if never left a bad review before but they really deserve it. i always order the hot & spicy bundle. i ordered it through drive thru and they didn’t repeat my order & it wasn’t showing on the screen. when i pulled up to the window to pay i asked what did he charge me for & he said the bundle i asked for. i asked if it was the hot and spicy & he said no. i told him i had ordered the hot & spicy bundle so he changed it after asking for help on how to. he charged me & didnt repeat my order again which i really didn’t need him to since i had JUST told him what i wanted to order. well i ended up paying $23. i looked at the receipt and he STILL managed to charge me for the wrong bundle. i told the lady in the other window and she fixed it for me. she told me to go park in curbside so i did. when i parked in curbside another car pulled in after me. well a minute later they proceed to give me his order. so after they messed up they still manage to mess up again and give me to wrong order. when they handed me the order the person did not say anything all he did was pull his arm out and give me the order then walked away. i ended up asking the car next to me if that is what he had ordered & he said yes. i ended up giving him the order. when my order finally came out i told them the previous person gave me the wrong order and she just laughed and went back inside laughing. now i just checked my order again and it is still MESSSEDDDD UP! HOW ?!?!!?? i did not receive my bbq and i cannot eat dry nuggets what the hell man. worst mcdonald ever in the planet earth. maybe if they weren’t wearing their airpods they would be able to hear their customers & if they were to repeat the order they wouldn’t have to refund and charge again...

OMG the last two times i've been here its just a very unpleasent experience. The first time we went at 10:00 pm and we were standing in line to get service and there were like 4 girls there looking at us and just standing around. we waited like 8 min till my mom screamed "Nos van atender oh no" and this girl came with attitude. then my mom asked for the manager and this guy names Armando comes and my mom tells him that they took to long and still made a face and all he did was smile and shrug his shoulders like saying what you want me to do. he was a swing manager. This last time the same girl of last time took my order and also took like 5 min wow no surprise i told her i needed a high chair and she just walked away from me like if i was invisable. A guy named jesus took my order and everything was ok. but while we were eating the tables were a freaking mess all full of coffe we moved and just to find another with sundae icecream all over dripping. so we had to stay there because the back was "closed" so while we were eating they start turning off all the light even where we were sitting. so bad trained and educated. Never coming back and im not staying quiet i let it passed the first time but two? no hu tomorrow talking with the franchise owner or supervisor. Sorry guys you...

It’s 7 in the morning, I stopped at McDonald’s for breakfast. And honestly, I can understand why they have a 3.9 rating! the customer service is awful. An older lady helped me, and she was incredibly rude. From the moment I placed my order at the drive thru, she had a terrible attitude for no reason. I just don’t get why you’d work there if you clearly hate it. If that’s the case, find another job where you can actually be in a good mood and give decent customer service. People come to grab a meal or something quick for lunch, not to blame for your frustration from working at a fast food restaurant for years without having pursued an education. As I was leaving, I asked her if she hated her job because of the way she was treating me and she responded by telling me to look at myself, started calling me “four eyes,” and throwing out other childish insults. This woman must’ve been in her late 50s or almost 60, acting like that instead of apologizing or even giving me a reason for her behavior. Hands down, the worst McDonald’s...
