I don't even know where to begin. Order the steak bagel didn't receive a full piece of steak was just shreds of steak. Then customer comes in asking for a sausage biscuit. Manager was sitting in a table and she yelled across the store that he wasn't getting it he didn't belong there and refused anyone to get him us sausage biscuit. The man stood there for several minutes saying nothing and then asked to the back of the kitchen if someone would please give him a sausage biscuit. No one answered him or moved towards him. A few seconds later the manager yells at him he's not getting anything and he's not supposed to be there he said call the cops she said I'm not calling the cops I'm not I'm not giving you anything he then called her a name a another customer said hey hey who seemed homeless had a large duffel bag with him it got quite hot and heavy and she's still refused to serve the man he then told the homeless guy " " then here take the money and get me a sausage biscuit she said to this man no he's not getting anything he then went out the door and gave the man his money back and he went across the street. I've been years and management and seeing someone get hurt injured or even killed is always a concern especially in these day and age. My reaction to this is she should have given him the sausage biscuit and asked him to leave or call the cops and told him he was banished from the store whenever he arrives for them to be called and remove him from the property this is how it's properly done not putting the entire restaurant lives at risk. I completely disagree with the way this was handled and will never return to this McDonald's again because of this manager. Read moreBeen there twice now. Today and last Saturday. Drive through order thing must be broke. Waited and waited finally said hello and they told me to pull up to the first window. Get there and place my order. The lady wasn't happy at all. No greeting or anything. "What do you want" is the first thing she said both times now. I don't think it was the same lady as last time, not sure. Second window, both times the lady never spoke to me at all, today I asked for napkins and she stared at me for a second then picked up some napkins and gave me some. Ordered a Ranch wrap with crispy chicken. When I got home to eat it the chicken tasted burnt. Tried to eat it but after a couple bites gave up and threw them away. French Fries were bad too. Like they haven't changed the oil in a long time.
Oh, almost forgot. The first time I went there I ordered and got two Ice Teas. It was instant tea, not the real stuff. It was so bad I couldn't drink them and threw them out when I arrived home. I guess I should of taken that as a hint but I was hungry for the chicken wrap.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
When the employees act like that, it means they have bad management. I've only been there Saturday late afternoon, maybe 4pm to 5:30pm so I don't know if it is that manager or the owner of that McDonald's. Read moreAt 2:20 am I stopped at a McDonald's Restaurant on 406 Sheldon Rd and I-10, Houston TX. at the drive thru. I waited for about two minutes to place my order. Nobody answered so I drove to the window where a female employee was at the window doing something. I had to get her attention and told her that I was trying to place my order. Anyway, I gave her my order and a few minutes later she returned and told me that the cook was cleaning the grill and that it will be a while to receive my order. I told her that she should have told me before I placed my order or I would have disregarded my order. So, I waited another five minutes. When I finally got my order, the fries were cold and over cooked and looked as if they were sitting under the warmer lights for who knows how long. The Macdouble burger buns were cold. Someone in management needs retraining. This service is unacceptable!!! Seems that McDonald's is not like they used to be. This should be an embarrassment. I had to rate a one star because I couldn't rate McDonald's a zero star before posting....
