I wasn't so upset about being in line for 20 minutes just to be told that the second drive-thru lane was closed, and I would need to get back in line. I recently moved out here, and it was the only thing open that late at night on the way to the house. I wasn't at all upset when I did order, and my order was missing items. It was late and they were busy. My issue came when the manager working the drive-thru window felt the need to yell at me through the window as if I was trying to cheat or get over on somebody. I tried to tell him that I did order it, but I'd just purchase what was missing...he continued to cut me off as if I was trying to argue and just throw the same phrase at me over and over again, "Is it on the receipt?" Idk what made him feel the need to try and argue with me, but that shouldn't have happened the way it did. It was late, they were busy. I wasn't trying to give them a harder time than I'm sure they were having. Smh. In the end, he snatched my card and shoved everything out the window to me. I told him that I hope his night gets better, and he looks like he wanted to argue at me some more. I just pulled off because there's just no way I'm going to sit there and be berated.
I've lived here well over 6 months now, and I can definitely say that the daytime crew is on point. I've yet to have a negative experience. The online app is iffy for this location, so I really wouldn't even bother with that. The night crew has improved, but it is a small town, and they do get VERY busy. I try not to add to their...
Read moreI ordered #9 with a med. Coke. Then I ordered a 6 piece mcnugget. w/ a sprite then I ordered an additional large coke. She read the order back to me all was fine. I got to the first window to pay she read it back to me less the large coke. I asked her if the large coke was on the order she said yes. So I go to the next window to pick up my order. They handed me the medium coke, happy meal less the sprite and no large coke. I asked where the other two drinks were at she informed me that I declined the sprite on the kids meal. And that I never ordered the large coke. She said she would make the sprite and then was refusing to give me the sprite because I asked for the large coke as well that I had initially ordered. The sprite was on my order ticket for the happy meal. I finally did grab the sprite out of her hands. I was pretty mad. They refused to correct anything or give me the GM's phone number to the store. When I asked for it. She stated that she did not have to give me any numbers. They kept spouting God and just plain refused to aknowledge anything else or that they might have been wrong. They were argumentative and kept escalating the situation. If you want service just hit up Mckinney. These people do not care about customer service. And you will have a better...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! My boyfriend and I got two meals with large fries and they put literally no salt on the fries. He walked inside and asked them if they would remake the fries with salt and they refused and just gave us packets of salt. He then went back inside and made an order of one large fry and asked them if they could put salt on them this time. And guess what? No salt once again. So we went through the drive through again and made a complaint and they finally agreed to remake the now three large fries we ordered. We pulled up to wait and the manager (who had the worst attitude) gave us our fries. I was finally happy that we finally got the fries with salt we paid for. Then guess what? The fries were terrible over-salted, as if they had gone out of their way to drench them with salt just to be a smart ass. You may be thinking that I’m making this up to complain, but I’ve never once had problems with the amount of salt on McDonald’s fries before this. Rude employees and manager, and terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend not going here and still angry about the...
