Be aware of possible scamming at this McDonaldâs. They are dishonest and do not handle refunds properly.
I came in on Sunday to buy a gift card, but the cashier selected the wrong option and charged my credit card incorrectly. After 30 minutes of trying to fix it, the manager said the first $25 charge would be refunded and charged me again for a new card.
Today (Monday) when I checked my account, both charges went through and no refund was issued.
When I went back (in pouring rain), they handed me $25 cash and a receiptâno apology, no explanation, and no one ever contacted me, even though they clearly knew about the mistake and had my credit card information from the original transaction. They could have easily refunded the card directly, but they chose not to.
If I hadnât gone back, they wouldâve just kept my money. This experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and makes me wonder how many others donât realize they were double-charged.
Please double-check your receipt if you shop hereâespecially if they say a refund is being processed. Thereâs a real chance you wonât get it unless you chase it...
   Read moreearly morning went to get a bagel a biscuit and a coffee, using drive thru they made me wait on the lane number one while they get the food for me, 14 minutes passed, they served everybody else behind me, to finally have the guy to give me a wrong order, of course they made me wait while I believe they made my order because they probably forgot. this is not the first time, most times they always make people to move to the waiting line, so they won't have a record on their system of having a car on the drive thru for too long. this is an abuse, they make you go to the waiting line when you order more than one item. maybe because they know they messed up, they put 2 hash brown on the bag, thing that i didn't need and i don't like, anyway, mc Donald's is fast food, everything should be ready to assemble and serve. disappointed with this location, out of all locations in katy this is the worst. they make you wait on rush hour or not. that practice of sending people to the waiting lane should be abolished.

When I drove up to pick up and attempt to fix my order at the pick up window, the manager manages to mess up my order even more. I asked for two meals she gave me two fries. And she also asked to charge my card an additional two times even though my messed up order was completely their fault. Additionally I ordered MILD NONSPICY chicken sandwiches and she gave them to me in the spicy package and doesnât tell me that itâs actually mild in the wrong package. Keep in mind I ordered these for someone whoâs allergic to spicy food. And they also gave me spicy chicken nuggets?? When I asked for the bts meal?? Which is supposed to be not spicy???
