I always go to 7 brew and never had an issue until today. I show up and usually they have people outside taking the the order (they didnāt for a while) Then the workers come out and start taking everyoneās order but skip my car. I wasnāt even at the register so for them to skip my car means they lack common sense. Then 10 cars get there and everyoneās order is taken except mine. I get to the front and tell them they skipped me and If my coffee could be priority and they said yes but still continued to make everyone elseās coffee before mine and the girl at the register said she told them twice to make mine first yet they were unaware of my order. I was late for work because it took 20 min all because they lack common sense with first come first serve. This has happened many times where they take others orders before mine but...

Bad idea order was taken at 7:15 and no one was doing the walk up orders till 7:50 when they started taking out the orders! When I asked when they were going to start taking out orders I was ignored and just told by one of the employees that was working very hard that they would be with us shortly. I understand they were busy but I think someone should have worked the walk up side, which was being ignored until 7:50 pm. We finally got my order at 8:22 after my drinks had been sitting there for 10 minutes they decided to give me my order. Waited for my order more than 45 minutes very disappointing. I on the other hand, ordered an Iced Cappuccino and was told that they could not make one even though it is featured on the menu. The music was blaring so loudly that I could not hear the gal taking our order, nor could she hear me very well. I mentioned this to her and she said it was someone's favorite song and the music continued to blast away. It was not until I lost my patience with the young lady that she asked someone to reduce the volume enough to be heard.
