After a disappointing experience at another nearby restaurant, my family and I decided to try Pho 71—and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. It was myself, my husband, and our two daughters, and we immediately felt the difference in atmosphere.
The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and respectful throughout. The food was delicious, served promptly, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. What truly made the experience special was getting to speak with the owner. Pho 71 is a family-owned restaurant, and you can feel the pride and care they put into everything they do. It’s the kind of place that deserves to grow and thrive.
Pho 71 turned our day around and gave us the kind of dining experience every family hopes for. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Pho 71, for treating us so well and reminding us what great...
Read moreThis place has gone downhill. Use to eat here while waiting for my child in the drivers ed class next door. We've been living in Pearland for over, 17 years and we know good quality local food and new places too. Some concerns I have is that I found a bug in my chicken pho, showed it to manager and she said why didn't I come sooner. Well maybe I didn't see it right away cause of the noodles basil cilantro beans sprouts jalapeños etc, I brought it to her attention right when I encountered it. She asked what I wanted here to do about it, well duuuhhh maybe a refund. She did give me a refund but was mad about it, while I was there I saw the waiter cleaning tables and save/shake off the lettuce that was on the egg rolls plates, it appears as though they were going to reuse it. Disturbing . Also, for the comment below: I've seen all races and ethnicities eat here...
Read moreWith the lack of Vietnamese cuisine on my side of Pearland, Pho 518 will hit the spot both in your stomach and in your wallet. It's not overpriced overly fancy nor expensive. The price for what you get is just about what you would get it for if you went over to Bellaire. Quality may not be as good as on Bellaire (depending on where you go) but it's definitely good and satisfying, and definitely better than some of the other choices in the area.
I'm giving it three stars because sometimes the food is not as hot as I'd like it to be and the banh mi sandwich is just ok. The biggest thing that bothers me is that they close at 8:30 on weekdays, which I think is a little too early.
Other than that, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. It really doesn't look like much when you first go in, but don't let that fool you, the food is...
