Bogie's is the most chill sports bar in Pearland. Many regulars go here. It is a bit wild on Friday and Saturday nights, as the majority of the patrons are in their 20's, but for the most part the place is a drama-free experience. Saturday nights there is a live band. Karaoke night is on Wednesday, and I've seen it happen inside when it's cold and outside when it's not (the same for the live band on Saturday). They have a full bar with varying beers on-tap. They have recently simplified and revised their food menu, and the food is decent. I recently tried the steak quesadillas and they were killer. They have a steak special every Monday which is a must-try. You get a 14 oz. rib-eye, loaded baked potato, and a side, usually fried okra or green beans, for $15.50. I am not exaggerating when I say that the fried okra is the best I've ever eaten, every time I've had it, and I've had it probably 20 times. The steaks are cooked on the patio by the boss, Jerrimy, who is truly a master at grilling by having perfected his craft by cooking thousands of steaks over many years, and he is perhaps the best at seasoning a piece of meat I've ever had... I like to sit out there on the patio and enjoy a cigar and it is a very relaxed atmosphere. The inside is big and roomy (and temperature-controlled) and I have become friends with all the people who have worked there over many years. This bar is where you go when you want to unwind and hang out with cool people. The staff always make me feel wanted and appreciated, they go out of their way to take good care of me and visit with me, so much so that we have surpassed the professional relationship and become friends. Jerrimy, Nathan, Jaime, Bryan, Ashley, Chris, Becca, and recent Grazia recruit Forrest are all awesome people! Bogie's Pearland is definitely a place you want to be familiar with if you live in the area! If anything is ever wrong with your order, all you have to do is mention it and they will make it right for you. I cannot say enough good things about Bogie's. It is my home away from home :)

I’ve came here before a few times and had a great time. The night life is very fun and lively but Jacqueline ensured it wasn’t fun during the day. I walked in with my boyfriend and there were less than 10 gentlemen in the establishment. It’s a dark establishment with the top of the outside portion filled by glass. We walked in when the wind was blowing and caused the door to slam behind us and got looks from everyone letting me know we were seen. She has her attention directed towards customers so we took our time trying to decide our drink choice. I noticed her moving to a back room and returning with a bar table game so thought she was grabbing the customer’s information for the game. She then proceeded to play, so I called for her attention. I said ‘Excuse me?’ A few times before I was acknowledged but it was a large bar and music playing. I understand the music could have disrupted her hearing me. No worries. I asked if we could order a drink. She carded us. No problem and swiped our cards and brought us back a receipt that stated the location required membership proof. I was unaware if terms changed since my last visit and asked about it. She told me the place is a private, members only bar. I thought that odd since I hadn’t heard that before. Considering it’s a ‘members only bar’ maybe learn to fill the toilet paper properly and efficiently would help the members feel better appreciated also. Never took a card, brought out beers and then asked if I wanted to close. I closed. I heard her greet following customers and I was the only one that got that greeting. I understand if everyone is a member but as a person with industry experience you should give attention to new customers when they arrive within a certain amount of time so they feel acknowledged and their business is appreciated. It’s just industry etiquette. It’s unfortunate she doesn’t have proper training treating customers as guests.

Before I go to a place to eat for the first time I do some research on the place. I look at reviews and the website.I saw some good things so I decided to go here with my wife for lunch. I was disappointed and this is why. 1. When we walked in at 3:00 it was not crowded. We sat down and looked around to take in the atmosphere. Didn’t see a server but did see someone behind the bar. She saw us but continued to fill up the juices behind her. It took a few minutes for her to finally acknowledge us and to say she would be right with us. Apparently she was the server and bar tender. Needless to say, service started out slowly. 2. I ordered Bloody Mary when she brought the menu. I went to Bogies because of the pictures I saw on Google reviews. I was really excited that I was getting a Bloody Mary with olives, lime, bacon etc. The Bloody Mary I was served was nothing like the reviews. 3. My wife’s chicken was extremely dry and bland. She had to load up the mustard and ketchup on it to give it flavor. I ordered the Philly CheeseSteak and Fries and was a good meal. I guess I would recommend to not go there at 3:00 pm on a Monday. 1 server and very slow service. It was incredibly dead. I was psyched about going but lost all that enthusiasm after walking thru the door.

My sister and I were excited to visit this location due to the online ratings. However, we were sorely disappointed with the experience. When we arrived, we were unsure if we could seat ourselves because there was no one at the front to ask for directions. We headed towards the bar and were standing there for a few minutes before we stopped one of the passing servers to ask if we could seat ourselves. We seated ourselves outdoors, and it took a few minutes for our server to arrive, which was fine. We ordered a multi appetizer platter that came with fries, nachos, eggrolls, and wings. Our appetizer platter took an extremely long time to arrive at our table. When it finally arrived, it had to be returned back due to an extremely long hair found on one of the eggrolls. Our server apologized for the wait and having to return to the platter. When our new platter arrived, the food was hot, but it was lackluster. Our server was super busy and not available as much as we would have preferred.

Came down to watch the Superbowl. It was my first visit. First impression, this place reminds me of a pub in Austin Tx, Mr. Tramps. It's good to watch games or fights. I'm not sure if they show fights, though. They have one big projector to watch the game, plus many, many other Tvs lined up all over the bar, so you won't miss any of the action. It was not packed, which was a plus as every other place you go gets too packed. Also there is plenty of parking outside. I ordered the Boss Hog Hoagie, which was pretty damn good, and the fries were top-notch as well. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. There are plenty of drafts along with plenty of liquor, so I'm sure they can whip up any cocktail you may ask for. Like I said, it was my first time visiting, but I doubt it will be my last. To the staff, keep up the great work 👍

Food was alright. Horrible service. I saw this place on a Facebook raving about it. So my husband and I tired it out. We were told to sit any where so we decided to sit in the patio. We did not see our waiter for about 10 mins to take our drink order. When she came by we ordered our drink and the Monday rib eye special. Our drinks took about 10 plus min (we only ordered two Dos Equis). The guy who made the rib eye was better than the watier. Durning our meal we did not see our waiter again. Empty beer she was no where in site. We had to walk to the bar to close out our tab. The bartender had to go find our waiter in the back room so he can get our ticket to close is out. Never coming back. Food was alright rib eye I'll give it a 3 stars. Service 0. It was not even busy.
