Salons by JC Pearland Broadway — Local services in Pearland

I have been saddened by my experience here as compared to my experience with a close by Salons by JC under different management. At first my concerns were addressed but after a few weeks no one ever got back to me. Where to start. There is no exterior sign on the building and I don’t think they’ve ever had a plan to get one. It is EXTREMELY hard for clients to find the salon from the outside. Next is once they go inside they are not met with a concierge. Here the concierge is mostly never at the front desk, leaving mid way through the day or is on "meetings". At the other Salons by JC there is a concierge there all day, at the front desk the ENTIRE time the building is open. That is what the Salons by JC brand is about, having a concierge there to assist the salon owners. This location is very confusing and it would help my clientele GREATLY to have someone there that can show them the room and assist in making sure our customers don't have a bad experience. There is also hair everywhere in the hallways at all times. Multiple times things have been done with no prior communication to tenants like construction or changes to the building. This seems to be a great space but I don't understand why they always close the women's restroom for cleaning at the busiest time of day. I have waited 15 minutes for cleaning to be finished before. Today when I got to my 10:00 appointment 10 minutes early, the cleaning lady told me she had just started and asked me to use the men's restroom. Fortunately, it was empty but there's only one stall. I could mostly hear other women's voices around the space at that time so what is the expectation if multiple women need to use the restroom at the same time?

I work in healthcare and the only time I've seen a restroom completely closed is when they mop the floors or have to clean fluids. Even if you account for time for disinfectants to dry, there should only be two stalls out of commission at a time meaning we should be able to use the third one. The current process...
