Up until about two weeks ago, I’ve had a great experience at Pieology. I placed an online order, and came to pick it up about 40 minutes after it was placed. Once I got there, there was only one employee working, orders were backed up, and his attitude was very nonchalant. My order wasn’t ready, so I asked how long it would be. He responded with he didn’t know, he was the only one working and started cursing. It was already late in the evening so I politely asked for a refund. He walked over to the register, then told me that he couldn’t issue me a refund. I informed him that I had been given a refund before when I placed an online order and the store was out of gluten free crust. He replied with, “oh, well I can’t give you a refund” then told me to request it on the app. There is nowhere to place a refund on the app, so after trying, I went back into the store and he wrote my number down to give to the manager. I came back two days later, the same guy was there and he gave me the same nonchalant responses and said his manager will reach out to me. 3-4 more days passed, so I called, and the SAME guy answered the phone, I explained what happened and he said, “well, my manager said he would process your refund and there’s nothing more I can do for you.” It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my $52 back. I called again today, and the same person picked up the phone. He told me that he doesn’t know what to tell me, he gave his manager my information and that’s that. I understand that he may have limited abilities as a cashier, etc., however, his attitude has been horrible, which is why I requested the refund in the first place. This is not appropriate behavior in the service industry. He could actually care less about me receiving my refund and is in no rush to handle the situation. This is very unacceptable and this Pieology will not receive any more...
Read moreI haven’t had Pieology in YEARS so I didn’t really know what to expect coming in. My husband usually gets Blaze pizza but they closed the location near base. We decided to give Pieology a try since both of us hadn’t had it in quite some time.
The location is nice and new, they had plenty of booths and a couple tables for customers. Very clean establishment from what I saw too. The two gentlemen that helped us were courteous and friendly.
I opted for their fire grilled bbq chicken pizza, my husband got the mega meat. We both wanted to try their garlic cheese bread so we initially ordered one each but after seeing how huge they were we decided to just share one. It’s nice being able to see them put together your pizza, kind of like subway but with pizza instead.
I absolutely LOVED my bbq chicken pizza. Both my husband and I decided to pay the extra $2 and got the hand stretched pierise crust. It adds a nice fluffy crust which I thought was perfect. But that mixed with all the bbq chicken toppings was so delicious!
My husband liked his mega meat pizza as well. I tried a slice and I will say it’s a tad more greasy than the one I got but it’s probably due to all the meats.
As for the garlic bread, honestly I probably would skip on this item next time. I thought it would have a lot more garlic flavor, to me it tasted more like cheesebread.
Overall I still highly recommend Pieology if you’re wanting a more gourmet tasting pizza. I will definitely be...
Read moreDon’t waste your time or money. We went on a Friday to dine-in. There weren’t many customers but after waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to place our order, we realized that online customers were priority over dine-in customers. The overhead digital menu board was offline so we had to wait to see the menu options until we reached the counter to place our order. As we moved through the line to select our ingredients, we learned that there were no onions, jalapeños, mushrooms, and ham available . After we paid for the pizzas and the fountain drinks, we learned that there were no fountain drinks. We asked for a refund for the fountain drinks but were told that the manager informed them that they could not give refunds until the following day. The following day, I spoke to manager, Yadira Morales, about the issues we encountered at the store, she apologized and blamed the employees for being inexperienced and not knowing that there were more ingredients in the freezer. I explained that the employees were courteous and they were not to blame. Yadira promised she would call me back on Monday. However, to date, despite repeated calls to her and visits to Pieology with a message to the other manager, Ivan Rodriguez, my calls have not been returned or a refund given. Calls to pieology corporate have also...
