We stopped by last night (Aug 3) to let the kids burn some energy before bed and actually stayed 3 1/2 hours! We had an amazing experience with the staffs service and the food. My husband ordered the pizza, so I wasn’t sure what he’d even got, I went to claim the pizza and took it to the table. He was playing with the kids in the arcade at this time. I got a slice and started serving the kids so when they got back it was ready. 10 minutes later, Justene came to me with a new boxed pizza and said they had given me the wrong size pizza and wanted to correct the order. I was so impressed with their honesty, and the fact that it was a busy Friday night that they’d even noticed. I hadn’t even realized the order even wrong yet. She went out her way to ensure we were taken care of.
Then later my son lost his game card that we’d just put $40 on for our kids! So we frantically were running around looking around the arcade for it. It had “#2” written on the back. I saw a PPP employee talking to him from across the arcade and hand him a card so I ran over to see what was happening. Her name was Marlene. She said she’d originally sold him the card a few weeks ago and remembered him so when she found it on the floor she asked him if it was his! I was mind blown that she’d remembered him and even remembered writing numbers on each of my kids cards lol
Major shoutout to the staff tonight and pizzas were 🤌🏻🤌🏻 amazing.
In a month I’ll be 33 years old. My first party was actually at Peter Piper Pizza back in 1991, I have vhs footage to prove it (and I was absolutely adorable) but now being a mom of 4 I love that it’s 1 still around, 2 has amazing service and food for our family to rest and relax and 3 we love the brand new closer location on the far east. Whether it be after a long week or to celebrate someone’s birthday, I love we can always count on PPP. I do love the police officer they have staff during peak hours. When I talked to Hector the manager on staff last night about our great experience, I did mention to him I wish they had a staff member at the doors and mark families hands like Chucky E Cheese does to ensure kids can’t walk out with just anyone. I have a 2 1/2 year old who will hold anyone’s hand, and let anyone pick her up and freaks me out that she can potentially leave with just anyone if someone isn’t watching her continuously, which can get exhausting sometimes. And the long hall to do doors is not easily seen from the dinning rooms much less when it’s super packed like a weekend night, and she is much shorter than the walls so that’s a huge concern to my family every time we go! Only other complaint would be the pitcher of beer, for the price the beer is not very cold and warms up too quickly as you’re working your way to drink it. I know it’s not going to be as cold and delicious as twin peaks, but it should defiantly be colder and more enjoyable!
Last night exceed our expectations, I just wanted to say good job! If no one says anything the managers will never know how wonderful their staff...
Read moreI visited Peter Piper Pizza with three friends and was initially greeted by a very friendly team member at the cashier, which gave us a good first impression. We ordered an Extra Large Pizza along with a 20-count of wings. The pizza arrived quickly—within a few minutes—which was great. However, the wings were not brought out with the pizza, and we were told they would be out shortly.
As we waited, we went ahead and ate the pizza, expecting the wings to follow soon. Unfortunately, by the time we finished the entire pizza, we still hadn’t received the wings. At that point, it had been over 35 minutes since we placed our order, and the restaurant was not busy at all.
I understand that delays can happen, and I simply wanted a refund for the wings. We informed a team member, who then spoke to the manager, Maddy. However, the manager seemed visibly annoyed by the situation. She went to the POS system and handed us a receipt, claiming it was our refund. Later, we realized that it was actually just a discount, as no refund was processed after several days.
We eventually called and spoke with Nate, who was very helpful and resolved the issue. While I appreciate the kindness of most of the staff, it was disappointing to be treated so rudely and unprofessionally by the manager, especially during my first visit to...
Read moreThis staff can’t handle busy days. I made a mistake online, and forgot to add pepperoni to one of my pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas. I called to add the pepperoni’s. They said they’ll fix it, and immediately hung up on me. When I got there they were trying to charge for a whole extra pizza, a total of 3. I told them all I wanted was 2, and just called to add pepperoni to one. They gave me the pizzas and said they fixed it. My mistake by not checking, but when I got home the pepperoni was still missing. If the staff on the phone wasn’t so eager to hang up on my I think everything would have been resolved better. They even seemed out of focused in person. On top of that I asked for my pizza well done. They were cold, and still doughy. Even the pineapple was cold, as if they forgot to add it and put it on at the end. This is the second time this has happened to me at the same location this past month. Except last time I didn’t forgot to add the pepperoni on my order, it was completely there mistake on there end. I don’t recommend Zaragoza location. You can clearly see the cheese wasn’t melted properly either. It seemed like they were completely rushing everything and couldn’t get the order...
